Absolutely fabulous! Staff excellent are polite super efficient and always smiling.Nothing is to much trouble and they put you at ease . A wonderful selection of wines spirits and beers. The food is superb,extensive menu and great choice of dining options Comfortable bed , well equipped bathroom Perfect seating with great views of the bay
This was the most amazing relaxing holiday ever. The individual attention given by all staff is outstanding. This is a quiet hotel with low key entertainment, excellent food and bars. The pools and the beach are beautiful. Everywhere is spotless, and the staff are friendly and very helpful. I felt so happy here after a very stressful year and I arrived just after my birthday which they acknowledged by leaving cake and champagne in our room. I have fallen in love with everything about this hotel so much so I am returning next September just booked it today to celebrate my birthday again. I look forward to seeing you all next year and wish the management and staff a happy Xmas.
Came here for 10 days in October with extremely high expectations after a great week the previous year in the fabulous Sani Dunes all part of the same family of hotels. We were totally blown away with this 5 star experience so much so that within a few days back we had booked to return next September. We stayed 8 days in the Junior Suites and 2 nights in the Deluxe Suites both great rooms and Fabulous Sea views and the sunsets are amazing. All the al a carte restaurants were amazing, the quality and presentation of the food ,over 250 included wine choices, and the staff were really second to none. At every point of our stay when ever we met a member of staff they all made you feel so special. Even the Buffet in the main restaurant the quality and presentation of all the choices and again the staff were amazing. So much is included, a days free hire of a brand new Mini Cooper, they have 10 on hand, bike hire and most of the water sports if not all. Anywhere you relax. any pool, the beach, the spa pool staff are walking round with great big smiles serving any beverage of your choice.We had the pleasure of meeting Demitri and Vangellis a few times, they are so proud of their staffs praise, it's not about them, it's a wonderful team effort. When i commented to Demitri on the outstanding quality of service here he replied its my staff i just guide them, I employee personality, service skills I can teach but personality we can't change, so so true. Love this hotel and will return again and again.…
We stayed at Ikos oceana halkidiki Oct 21 to 26 We experienced superb service all through the hotel from reception staff to room maids, nothing was too much trouble 5 star plus, without a doubt Food quality and presentation is first class in the main “ buffet style” restaurant With all inclusive, you can also eat once per stay, at any of three a la carte restaurant for free Asian, French and Italian all of which are super in terms of food and service We would like to say a big thanks to the lady maitre d’ in the Asian restaurant who allowed us to indulge in several choices from each course as the menu was mouthwatering Highly recommended and nothing to fault , thanks to all the staff and management. See you again next year
Everything was great in this hotel : food, rooms, beaches, personnel, .. The variety and quality of the food in the different restaurants was outstanding! The kindness of the personnel was unlimited. Even per stay/room one day of free car hire. Once a week one could select a Greek restaurant for dinner outside the hotel. This was included in the all-in.
