If you have stayed in some of the 'down and dirty' home stays around Indonesia and Malaysia, then you already know what this guest house is like. The facility has the guest rooms as shown in the picture, as well as 4 rooms adjacent to the owner's house (these are older). We stayed in one of those. We rarely saw...

Nice and quiet place up on the hill behind the school, this is away from the busier side of town with the almost constant racket of motor scooters/ bikes. Room was basic bed and chair with a clothes horse, very useful for drying your clothes, and you will get wet, that's a promise. Room came with fan and A/C, hot...

A nice little guesthouse tucked away. The owner is a friendly guy, if a little shy at first. The room I stayed in was no.2, an aircon room with ceiling fan, a single bed and a double (all to myself!) and an ensuite bathroom. The place was clean, had a fe chairs, small stool and a hanging rack. There was...

We came with our family for two nights, we shared 3 rooms for 9 members of our family. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The owner is very kind, even if the communication in English is not easy. If you're looking for a cheap place to stay for sleeping in between jungle experiences, don't hesitate !

The guesthouse is at 5 minutes walk to the "center". The room is spacious and has hot shower. There is no breakfast, towels were provided but are not changed (we stayed 3 nights), you should maybe ask for it. You have a nice balcony and clean materass. The accommodation is basic and cheap. I know that sometimes there was a...

Would recommend. extremely impressed with yellow guest house especially considering the remote location of Taman Negara and how horrible most of the other hostels are in town. Rooms are Massive and clean with big washroom attached and large balcony. 6 rooms in total, all privates with attached bathroom. 2 are in main building (slightly smaller but get wifi in room...

This place gives you what you get for a cheap price: rooms are very basic and even though some comments said the rooms are dirty, mine was pretty clean and I had no insects in my rooms. You also have to consider that is pretty tough to not have insects in a place which is next to a jungle!! Owner...

Helpful owner, pretty clean for Asian standards, definitely spotty wifi, but a pretty good place to stay for a couple nights while checking out the awesome jungle across the river. Free tea and coffee with your stay is a bonus

We arrived at the Guesthouse and asked the owner if the room/area would be ok with all the surrounding flooding happening and he assured us it would be fine. The cleaner came to us and said we should get alternate accommodation as the rooms floods every year and this would not be different. And at 1am the rooms had to...
