Not sure why this place is only rated a three star hotel. It's a lot better than some more star places I've been in. True the huge jacuzzi bath took an age to fill and then the jets wouldn't start, but this is quibbling. The suite was spacious, had lovely views and was a good place to watch the rain...

Peace and smiles followed by good food and a amazing wine. Ride a bicicleta, swim in the see, drink wine, visit a vineyard, enjoy the Sicilian hospitality. A quality way to enjoy life and slowdown from a busy schedule. Highly recommended.

Il Vignetto was our base for a food, wine and culture tour of Italy. It is ideally situated in the heart of Sicily's wine country. Our room overlooked the vineyards. It was quiet and peaceful. The beach was close by, but we were so busy all day that when we got back to the resort we relaxed by the beautiful...

I stayed at Il Vigneto Resort ostensibly to attend the wedding of my nephew and his fiancée, therefore I wasn't quite sure what to expect. As it turned out, I was pleasantly surprised by the high standard of accommodation available, the helpful and friendly staff (most of whom speak English), the delicious cuisine, the splendid swimming pool, the delightful setting...

Stayed here for nine days. My son chose it for his wedding and it was just amazing. The wedding breakfast was to die for, so much food, such professional staff. A beautiful setting in the middle of a vineyard with the sea a 2.6 kilometres away. A nice walk through the vineyard. The rooms are large with a nice large...

My 4th stay and my only regret is that I don't get to stay longer. The hospitality is truly like being embraced into a tranquil paradise. The ongoing improvements to the facility and the addition of the new swimming pool will only go to make the hotels offer complete. The perfect retreat to recharge not just your batteries, but your...

We spent Easter Sunday evening at this resort hotel on our way between Agrigento and Marsala. We had room #1 which was quite large and very quiet as there seemed to be few guests that night. The room came with two single beds, double bed with one night table (we used an ottoman as the second night table), two chairs,...

Beautiful location, very nice rooms (with a jacuzzi suite for those who like) with balcony and view over the vineyrad to the ocean. Excellent restaurant and breakfast. Mainly Italian guests in both the hotel and the restaurant, when we were there. That made it a real Italian experience - loved it! Great location to go to the beaches and temples....

We loved Il Vigneto. It was quiet, the room (standard) was spacious, clean and with a view of vineyards and the sea in the distance that we enjoyed. The gardens and setting are lovely and there is lots of parking. The staff were friendly and in particular the receptionist Stephania (excuse the spelling) so helpful overall including recommendations for restaurants...
