We stayed here for one night. You need a car really as the hotel is on a business park on the edge of town. Although the town centre is no more than a 10 minutes drive away, it's too far to walk. There is one bus that goes along Charles Avenue. Our room was fine - no issues. Once most...

Good well sized comfortable room with reasonable air conditioning, large car park, good breakfast only let down by slow check in which could have been avoided by manager in question. Rest of staff were excellent especially breakfast staff

I arrived 25th September for a 2 nights stay. I had checked in on-line and when I received my room number I found I was in room 1 on the ground floor. It clearly states in the literature that lone females are not located in rooms on the ground floor at the end of a corridor which was exactly where...

A nice clean and modern hotel situated in the business area of Burgess Hill. The room was clean and comfortable and surprisingly quiet despite being on an industrial estate. The attached restaurant is pleasant for breakfast but they could do with more waiting staff as they take your order, rather than it being a buffet style service. Local attractions at...

The room in the Premier Inn was good and clean with Air Conditioning which was a bonus. The service and quality of dinner in the Beefeater next door was woeful. With 17 empty tables, (yes I counted them) I was told there would be a 60 - 90 minute wait for food. Several items were "Not available" (Steaks, Lamb etc)...

We checked in on a Sunday evening having booked online. The check-in process was simple and the receptionist very friendly. We were in our room within a couple of minutes. The room was modern and comfortable with a large bed. If only the adjoining Beefeater restaurant was as efficient.

Everything you'd expect from a Premier Inn. Only comment to make is that you should be aware that you are in the middle of an industrial / commercial estate. No problems with noise or anything, and it's perfectly easy to find but you are restricted to the Beefeater pub attached for food and drink. Burgess Hill proper is a mile...

Had a lovely stay here for the weekend as we visited a festival. Bed was super comfy and everywhere was as clean as it could be. Curtains were black out which added to the perfect night sleep! The night time blonde receptionist lady was so nice to us, got us a taxi sorted for the morning after breakfast without any...

Our first experience of a Premier Inn was a stay here and we were very pleasantly surprised. The price first of all..£146 for a family of four staying in a family room including as much as you want to eat for breakfast. That is great value. The staff both here and the adjoining beefeater restaurant were brilliant...friendly, welcoming and attentive...
