A lovely hotel in a perfect setting, but badly let down by the restaurant. Expensive, but with poorly prepared food and rather haughty service. Our least popular venue in the entire area to date. One to avoid

There is . . . sort of. The main part of the hotel does have a lift but it starts from the first floor and not the ground floor. The other part of the hotel, next to the pool, has a lift covering all floors and you can access this part of the building without going through the main part.
