Before we reached Kundasang, we actually booked another hotel (J Residence) near Kinabalu Park. It rained heavily when we reached Kundasang and the hotel entrance is too steep that my dad did not allow me to drive in due to safety reason. Then we drove a bit up to Kundasang & reached this hotel. The hotel is clean & has...

Room: The room was large with twin bed. However lack of plug. For your info, this hotel does not have air conditional. All are natural cold air. Minibar: 2 complimentary mineral water and coffee/tea. Bathroom - Bathroom was light and clean. Bath and shower gel available. However, the heater not working very well... since we are on highlands, the water...

Our guide booked this hotel for us and it was not bad. It was inexpensive and the view of Kinabalu was stunning. We were there during the Hari Rai festival and were invited into the festivities. We just wanted dinner but the muslim families there were shoveling dish after dish of food and dessertin front of us. Hotel staff got...

Stayed here in June while on a birding trip to Kinabalu National Park. At only a fifteen minute drive from the park, this hotel is plenty close enough. The room is basic with hot water but no air conditioning, although there is a fan in the room. Breakfast is included with the room, but other meals aren't. The restaurant has...

For a price of RM200++, the hotel has no lift. The water heater has no pump and the water pressure is very slow. The breakfast was okay but the steamboat dinner was so so. IT feels like a budget hotel with a high price.

Location is good. Room is clean. Although the staffs are not smiling at you, they still assist you. The service is not so bad though. Maybe I used to see people at the counter, with smile on their face and will greet and smile back to you when you have the most sweetest smile early morning. Breakfast? No improvement. Just...

We came down from a holiday camp from the mountain, and we checked in into this place. It's just a place to sleep and freshen up. Dont expect anything more. We had breaskfast coupons but we did not eat there as it looked unappetising. If you need a place to sleep, and hot water to bathe this is it. You...

We enjoy our stay in this hotel. You can enjoy sun rise view at 6.00 a.m which was amazing. Mount Kinabalu peak view was very clear when we stay there. We had our steamboat dinner in the hotel restaurant which offer various fresh vegetable and hot soup. The vegetable and fruit stall was about 5 minutes drive from this hotel.

Old, tired, and very dirty. No airconditioning, no safe, 3 floors but no lift and rubbish stored on the landings. Dirty plates and leftover food were never moved from the landing during our stay. The dining room was full of flies. There was no water during the afternoon or evening but no communication to say it was a planned repair.
