We stayed here for a week. Easy to get to from the airport, rooms are good, clean but could do with a bit more drawer space. Like other reviewers I found the buffet a little 'samey', but all of high quality. There was good choices for both breakfast and dinner. We ate at sizzle, the steakhouse, which was really good...

Greeting by Romain doormen was helpful, friendly and the smile was unforgettable. The helpfulness went for all members of staff. The ocean view room was on third floor and was lovely, clean and comfortable unfortunately we had a large tree outside of the balcony so this gave a partial seaview, not worth complaining about. The food was exceptional for an all inclusive...

My wife and I stayed here for a week in January, our first time in Barbados and certainly not the last. The hotel is not too big, very friendly and ideally situated 15-20 mins by taxi arranged by the hotel. Room was fine although next time I will go for a sea view, food very good and drinks service excellent...

I found this all-inclusive hotel to be well worth every penny! The room was modern, clean and comfortable. The food was good and plentiful. There's no way I could eat as much as they offered. The staff could NOT have been nicer and more accommodating. The evening manager, Mark, went out of his way to be helpful to me. Really,...

Came to Sugar Bay for 10 days for our honeymoon. From welcome to goodbye we had just the best time. The food was totally delicious we only felt the need to eat out once to say we did. The drinks were equally great quality. The beach and facilities were perfect. Great location. We saw other beaches and agreed and honestly...

We've visited Barbados 15 times in the last 12 years and this was our first stay at Sugar Bay and it has won a place in my heart. All the other hotels we have stayed at over the years have been lovely but this outshines them all. Above anything it is the service and the staff that make this hotel....
