We stayed 3 nights all inclusive in November. the hotel is clean, tidy and the staff are very friendly and helpful. our room was well appointed and large but was in the main building close to the busy road so we had a lot of traffic noise and reggae buses honking horns literally

Enjoyed my stay at the Savannah very much. Our room was a great ground floor place overlooking the beach, not far from the beach front restaurant and other amenities. It had a solid working air con unit and impressive four poster bed. Each room is stocked with complimentary bottl

Hi everyone! Anyone tell me what the teen club is like and if any additional activities are put on my the hotel over Xmas. Also how is the Departure Beach? Thanks!
Hi there, while there in July the younger childrens' club and older ones were combined due to not being many kids there at the time. They all really enjoyed the X Box sessions especially though and it's a great way to make friends. I think it really depends how many kids are there at the one time. The Departure Beach was not running in the Summer as it was late opening but it is now open - my parents have been and they said it was great. Lucky you being there at Christmas, you will have an amazing time!

We have booked a pool access room for our stay in January. I have emailed the hotel requesting a ground floor room rather than one above as I am terrified of slipping on tiled stairs. Is there any difference in the rooms themselves? I imagine the ground floor ones may lack privacy but I would settle for that. Does anyone have any photographs?
Ground floor rooms were nice , we had a 2nd floor but they appeared to be the same. Stairs are slippy when wet but plenty of handrails. Be warned though, the tiles around the swim up pool are lethal. They do use barrier mats but they can’t cover every tile and there are no handrails . Have a nice time.

I'm travelling to Savannah Beach in a couple of weeks and would like to clarify if children are allowed in the Chopstix restaurant? I have a 16 and 3 year old and have read this is possible if arranged through Rachels... Is this correct?
