I stayed for three nights while visiting family in the area. The owner Alistair was very helpful prior to my arrival and is a great host overall. I had a lovely quiet room at the back and slept wonderfully. Tasty breakfast too.

I booked three rooms for myself and my family and we are all going to highly recommend the Magnolia House. The location of the Hotel is basically less than 5 minutes walk from the main town and beachfront, which is really good as you don't have to drive around and find parking. Alastair and Roz were excellent hosts, made us...

Thoroughly enjoyed our visit, we were made to feel extremely welcome by Alastair and his wife Roz. Despite turning up unannounced we were given a lovely clean stylish room with loads of space, en suite, tv, tea and coffee all the things you'd expect. The bed was fresh and extremely comfortable and in the morning we had a beautiful full...

We would like to thank this delightful couple for bringing to our attention, that in their opinion, although there were, as they put it - "a few scuff marks on the skirting boards" the room could maybe do with "updating & a bit of paint!" & also that the shower/ensuite was, again in their opinion "small" even with a 3...

Nice break spotlessly clean rooms plenty of tea coffee milk! Breakfast really good. No-one there when we arrived but note left on door with phone number and we were given number for entry door and card left in room with number for bedroom door so was soon sorted. Close to sea front good position.

We were down in Burnham on sea for a reunion weekend. The house is spotless and comfortable. Can't vouch for the breakfast, we were up too late to indulge but I'm sure it's great like every other thing Alistair and Roz do here. The location is excellent for both beach and restraints, bars etc.

We stayed for two nights and were made so welcome by Alistair. The bedroom was extremely clean and bright and very comfortable. We especially enjoyed our breakfasts and the service was so efficient. We will certainly stay again if we are in the area again. Satisfied guests - Hinda & Peter Manchester
