The hotel was really pretty from the outside and even nicer inside. The room was perfectly clean and nicely decorated, the bathroom was spacious and a lot of thought has been given to every room in the hotel to be different in style, as we saw a couple of other rooms totally different to ours (American Cup room) plus a...

We stayed for three nights in this lovely hotel in the old part of Altea. Room and bathroom very nice with mini bar, AC, tea and coffee and free WiFi. Service to a high standard and hotel very clean. Its only a 8min walk to the church square with lots of restaurants and bars to pick from, and the same...

I always thought of the lovely people of Spain to be so accommodating and hospitable, and this hotel was a perfect example. It felt like being home. Sweetest front desk staff I ever met, very clean and spacious room, and most importantly, the only great hotel in Old Town! Walking distance to all of Altea. Highly Recommend it, especially for...

We stayed here for a couple of nights and were well looked after. We would definitely recommend this hotel to friends who wish to stay somewhere that is not a bland, holiday hotel, where good service and character are guaranteed. The restaurant recommendations the staff made were excellent. We especially enjoyed our desgustacion evening at Xef Pirata. An evening to...

Indivual styled boutique hotel set in beautiful Altea . We were given a perfect welcome with chilled cava and chocolate dipped strawberries!! Then shown to our Moorish style bedroom , though small it was perfectly formed. The hotel is in a good position for the old town and the beach . Breakfast was fresh and tasty . We will go...

The Abaco is such a charming hotel where attention to detail could not be better: warm welcome at reception, welcome message in the room, good-bye chocolates, free coffee and cake bar... The decor is quaint, the rooms are quiet and it is refreshing to get away from clinical international hotel. Well done!

We were lucky to stay at this lovely hotel in Altea! The room was furnished to a theme and the amenities were wonderful. A jetting tub in the bath was a bonus. We had a lovely terrace too. The staff was welcoming and accommodating to our every need. Parking was a plus! Breakfast was delicious and treats during the day!...

We staed here during very rainy, windy and cold time unusual for Costa Blanca. Hotel Abaco Altea lives up to the reviews and feedback. It provides harmonious and enjoyable service to little details. We enjoyed especially the fireplace, coffee and cakes in the lobby. Breakfast was excellent. Warmly recommended.

Spent 2 nights in an old 18th century bakery that is nowadays turned into a hotel with a soul and charm. From here to the historic part of the city 'Casco antiguo' (with amazing views and multitude of restaurants and shops) is only 5 minutes walk up the stairs of steep streets of Altea. There are only 8 rooms or...

We began our short stay in style by arriving about 2:30 am due to snowfall at LGW and major flight delays.
