Hi, first of all I have to appreciate the flexibility and helpfullness of the staff. I just came in and asked for the accomodation for one week, everything sorted out in less than 15 minutes. In my opinion I found this family run hotel well equipped (air condition, hair dryer and fridge to keep the beverages cool) with a free... More

Rooms weren' that big, but who wants to spent time there anyway... The shower is very small so it was a bit of a challenge but other than that no complaints about the room. Small fridge in the room is very useful, because the breakfast was too simple for us. The staff is very friendly and helpful. And the location... More

Nice hotel with wery helpful staff. Rooms are quite small, but we didn't come on vacation to spent time in the room, we were travelling with baby, we left prams into lobby, baby bed was ok. I was missing better breakfast, there were only bread and yogurt, coffee/tee and something sweet with coffee.

A very clean hotel, which is family- run.I found all members to be friendly, welcoming and very helpful. The location is perfect, very close to Kos town just a few minutes walk. The beach is about 250m from the hotel.I stayed the first night before going to the Island of Patmo then on my return stayed a few more nights as I... More

The hotel is clean and located 250 m from the beach, 500 m from the centre. It is family run, people are nice and quiet. It seems a lot of visitors have stayed there before and have come back. The rooms are quite small but clean, we asked for a room with one double bed and got one on the... More

A good base for your stay in Kos Town being situated close to Dolphin Square, harbour, shops and several restaurants nearby on Averof Street. It is only a 10 minute walk to the bus station to the villages, and to the old town and Diagora Square where you will find many other restaurants. The hotel itself was opened in 1979... More

Paritsa is a family run hotel in a great location on Kanari street (lots of shops) and right next to the harbour (2min walk). Almost right next door there are two supermarkets (one in both ways but the one on the right is cheaper - bottle of nice white wine only 3,5e) and across the street you can hire a... More

Traveling alone at the end of the season (early October) for a week, I was looking for a clean budget hotel. I was surprised with the low price, high quality and great location of this 2 star hotel. The room was comfortably, if simply, furnished and clean. There was a small fridge which was great. The shower was very small... More

The hotel is right in the middkle of Kos town, which made it easy for us to go around town. The hotel page says that it is air-conditioned room, but u actually have to pay extra 8€/day to be able to use it. Housekeeping is done daily. No room service available. Breakfast was the same everyday for our 7-day stay... More

“I was on the 3rd floor which was extremely quite with a lovely little balcony.”

“I would prefer frontside. The higher, the better. But from 1:st floor is ok. Whatever you do, avoid bottom-floor. And as mentioned 101, 201, 301 are not acceptable even as single-rooms.”
