We stayed in one of the houses on the grounds whilst attending a family wedding. The standard of the house is very different to that of the castle.Houses are dated with the creekiest floorboards I have ever heard. The beds were uncomfortable and we had to request towels which when they were provided smelt odd. It wouldnt kill them to have...

Wonder grounds and castle with lake view. Restaurant excellent and bar food to same standard. Decor and rooms first class. The castle still retains its interior character while still being very comfortable. Lot of original period furniture.Staff professional, friendly and most attentive and helpful.

Lough Rynn is an amazing place, well worth a visit. First of all, the location is second-to-none, overlooking a beautiful lake in a quiet corner of country Leitrim. Secondly, it boasts amazing architecture. The front room with its endless couches, huge windows and commanding fireplace is just wonderful whether in winter or in summer. Enjoy the afternoon tea while taking...

We couldn't have been more pleased with the castle and its surroundings. We arrived late, right around the time the kitchen was closing, but they served us food...

We checked in for one night dbb package recently. We requested a room upgrade if possible as it was a celebration. When we arrived we were shown to a room in the main building, with view of the gardens. The room was comfortable, so we asked if we could get an upgrade, we were told we had been upgraded as...
