We stayed for 4 nights - really quick check in and whole hotel and room very new, clean and fresh. Lots of easy to follow COVID related adjustments: mask wearing, social distancing, no automatic room cleaning (but can ask for anything needed), and adjusted breakfast service. This was a bag with a croissant and baguette, then you take your turn to be served and choose the extras to pop in the bag (meats, cheeses, spreads, yoghurts, cereal etc.) Hot and cold drinks choice to take away too. You can eat in the food hall, or take back to your room. Lots of packaging doing it this way, but pretty much everything was biodegradable! Staff were very helpful. The shuttle to Disney is every 30 mins, sometimes more often at peak times. There’s a screen at reception showing the live timetable. To get to the hotel it’s bus stop i at the main station/bus stop and the bus will have a b&b sticker on it. If you want to use luggage storage make sure you have a 2 euro coin handy. We didn’t and ended up using the one at main station (upstairs by toilets and 10 euros but good value still as closer to collect and fitted 2 full size cases and a bag). For the price, convenience and quality it was a really good stay. Very quiet at the moment too. 😊…

Beds are hard, breakfast is small, walls are thin and we paid 8 euros for 2 bottles of water and none of them came out of the machine. Not staying again. They assured us that were getting a refund for the drinks, but we’ll see about that... the thing is, they knew the machine was broken, but they let us try again...

Arrived Monday, had to wait for 5 hours before we were allowed to check in though no check in time was visible when booking. Asked for extra pillows on booking, and none given. Wednesday night fire alarm went off at 3:40am. Walked downstairs to be told by maintenance it was just an accident and not real. No apologies from him, or from staff at breakfast at all. At 10am on day of departure (Friday) asked reception if a late checkout was possible (should have been 11am), and was told we could stay in room till 12. At approx 10:45am cleaner walked into room whilst my wife sat on toilet just before getting in shower (completely undressed). He didn't knock at all, or hesitate to open the door. Positioning of room meant mirror was right opposite my wife, and visible from the door so the cleaner 100% saw my wife. He immediately left, but without any apology again. Not impressed by overall stay.…

Kids absolutely loved this place and they would love to come again great staff comfortable rooms friendly staff and great price not far from Disneyland bus provided to and from park at all hours for free food is basic but nice snack bar available

Was very apprehensive to visit this hotel as I didn’t know what to expect it was perfect stay for Disneyland a free shuttle bus runs to and from the park so was perfect if getting the Eurostar to Disneyland or from Charles De Gaulle Airport as the station is opposite the stop was very clean and tidy and all staff were very friendly.
