It was such a grand experience staying in Studio City from New Year’s eve Dec 31, 2019 till Jan 3, 2020. It was the BEST vacation ever. It was indeed a very memorable and experienced the great service even more than our expectation. Staffs are all very accomodating and really take good care of us. We had an extraordinary executive suite room that has all the best amenities and facilities. The room is impressively splendid as to the interior fit out design and finishes and to execution of workmanship is outrageous. It is a near perfection of workmanship and quality.
We are so overwhelmed with the best service. From every personalized touch - pillow cases, table mapkin and bathrobe with our names on it, the soothing cognac, the luxurious airport transfer and to the sublime service and incredible atmosphere. There were pleasant surprises at every turn and we are humbled to receive such attention.
Me and my Husband wholeheartedly thank Studio City and the team for helping us to cap 2019 in style and providing us with a lifetime happy memories.
Studio City and the team are truly a class acts.

Due to the pandemic situation and travel ban, oversea vacation is impossible, so my hubby and I have decided to have a staycation at Studio City Macau for our anniversary. It was such a lovely experience that I needed to share it with you all!
When we first approached the check-in desk, they had welcomed us with a great smile and congratulated us for our anniversary 😊 When we walked into our room, not only it has been upgraded. Also, they had decorated our room with rose petals and little hearts and swans 🦢, But it didn't end there, a dessert tower with various types of chocolates and a handwritten card has been displayed nicely on the coffee table.
After a litter rest, we went down to the spa for a relaxing evening, they have arranged a couple massages room for us (the room was amazing💓) and surprise surprise, they decorated the spa room as well!
During night time, the staff came in for turndown service, and a little chocolate cake has placed on our coffee table ( I'm not quite sure are those for our anniversary or just regular service thou). But as a dessert lover like me, the more the marrier!
I have been to a lot of casinos/ hotels in Macau, but it was the next level of hospitality service that I have never experienced! Give it a try, and you won't be disappointed for sure!

A friendly hotel environment that suits to your needs, everything is here from beautiful rooms, a fancy restaurants and my favorite waterpark in Studio city. Attendants here are so reliable when it comes to your needs, especially when i have request ,they are really anticipated my needs coz i have baby. We promised to come back and we definitely did! This time we didn’t get a suite due to the amount of rooms that are booked. Our room was the deluxe king bed, the moment you enter you will see these big windows where you have these beautiful view of the nature and where the sun hits the bedroom floor. It was just truly beautiful! Honestly it looks bigger than the suite we had last year. The bed is so soft, clean and comfortable. In front was the tv , mini bar with nespresso machine , a sofa and a center table. The toilet/bath and toiletries are nice. Everything is accessible, complete and they even have a pillow for your comfort when using the bathtub. My partner and I booked this room for her birthday and at the same time to enjoy the remaining days we have before coming back to work. We’re so glad we chose Studio City, it really gave us the staycation that we needed. Apart from having a nice room, SC is actually giving ICBC card holder a 25% discount to use in all the restaurants in the hotel and 20% discount for locals that you can also use for in room dining which I personally enjoy as I am an “in room dining person “ so this made the staycation even better! I also wanna say they have a good menu and I would highly recommend their breakfast ala-carte , choose pancake it’s good! But if there’s something that we would like SC to improve... it’s the staff. I wish they can be more friendly. We won’t forget the staff who brought the cake for my partner he didn’t even greet her or at least smile at us. He barely said a word and he looked really unhappy. But not just him, we also noticed on the first day upon checking in, all the staff don’t smile at all. There is only one guy named Arman , I think he’s a bell boy. He is so friendly even before the first time we met him. It would feel nice to be greeted like how he does it. We believe a smile won’t hurt and being friendly shouldn’t be difficult.

Nice staying on the higher floor at Star Tower,, room with nice view and good accommodations. The room is provide coffee machine with Nespresso maker milk frother, therefore you can make your own cappuccino,Latte macchiato or Cold macchiato,also the toiletries they provide a Lens cloth which they don’t have last year.. and Evening service they prepare a water and slipper next to the bed, also put on extra mat in the toilet, the room also provide wireless charger and another extra charger cable , and staff at the concierge desk is very nice,,they let us to late check out because we playing at Waterpark . Staff at the pool and waterpark also very nice. Truly recommend to everyone to visit and stay at this Hotel, satisfied and enjoyable with the service .

Studio City Macau is not a super luxurious hotel; they do not have anything special with their service either. However, it has everything necessary for a comfortable and hygienic stay while its staff is efficient to help wherever needed. Additionally, its price is good.
If you are expecting somewhere not so special but comfortable and decent accommodation with a good price, Studio City Macau is the right place to visit!

We chose Studio City as our wedding venue for our big day and it was the best decision that we have ever made.
Here are several number of reasons why? 1. Since day 1 as soon as we checked in, the hotel has assigned a specific person for our check in and check out process.
2. Upon room arrival, staff made us feel welcomed and wished us a Happy wedding with a little card with all the staff signature in it. They did an extra mile making this personalised card and having sweet desserts. For that thank you!
3. Staff made sure that every need is attended to and all staff were accommodating to our request
4. Every guest that arrives in our wedding they made sure that they were escorted in the right room & venue.

Booked a Star King Suite last week, the room was spacious and tidy. Stefanie who happened to be on duty as front desk was very polite and was very friendly while checking me in. Room attendants were very attentive and punctual in attending my every needs.
The best part was the cabana near swimming pool area and enjoy our BBQ. It was fun and we really felt we had the best resort getaway this year. Will definitely come back again in the not too far distant future!!

Upon check in I was greeted by the front line staff and ushered to check in which went swiftly and was escorted by the professional gentleman to our premier twin suite which was clean, a separate dining area and lounge nook, the bathroom and closet area was spacious and well lit for adjustments. We were informed of the available hotel amenities which we enjoyed. The water park on a weekend is a bit too much but no complains there as it was expected. Engineering came to our room to fix our hdmi quickly and housekeeping staff Mr. Gian attended to our needs promptly, so was room service who came in with our orders in a timely manner. Check out with Miss Cloris went smoothly and we enjoyed our staycation overall. Will avoid the weekends If i decide to come and stay again nonetheless it was good.

Studio City Macau can be considered a family hotel. Reason being the lobby is spacious and available with a kid's play area. Also, within the hotel vicinity are many restaurant outlets and coffee outlets. There are wide options of food available within the various restaurants located there.
The room, I would say is a bit old fashioned. Particularly, the shower area has a very high barrier which may be quite inconvenient for Seniors to move into the shower area. The lighting within the room surroundings is rather dim and not much of a space to unload our luggage. The good offer is the tit bits available in the pantry are complimentary.
The poolside was very well structured, and my grandson was very amused by the pool design and kept active on the shallow end of the pool. Security was very good as the lifeguard in attendance kept very close watch especially the kids playing in the pool.
For the adults, there is a casino to be entertained. It is quite spacious and good variety of games offered including a wide range of slot machines.
Free shuttle bus is also available to other areas within Macau including to the Ferry and Airport Terminal.
Overall, the stay was nice, considered the price paid was acceptable.

Hello,
As I remembered, the front desk was just double check my credit card coz I was used a promotion package and it’s pre-payed. However, their is nothing special in the room and to tell the truth, you won’t having any meal in hotel coz there is a lot of great food outside. I didn’t been asked to pay any deposit when I checked in.
I didn’t use the outdoor facilities due to rainy weather. I’ll suggest you to issue your question to hotel. Their feedback service is quite efficient.
There are more places to choose from in the Macau area.
