The Harbourview Hotel Macau garners praise for its spacious and clean rooms, complete with thoughtful amenities such as a pillow menu and kettle. Nestled in an atmosphere of 18th Century mid-European elegance, guests enjoy the luxurious vibe marked by plush carpets and marble accents. The hotel's cleanliness is regularly highlighted, ensuring a comfortable stay. While the amenities, including diverse dining options and an in-house store, are well-received, some guests have noted minor shortcomings in bathroom fixtures. Nonetheless, the hotel's value is celebrated, as is the commendable service that makes travelers feel well-cared for.

I was unsure how I would enjoy this hotel with its 18th Century mid European styling. As it turned out, it was really good. So many themed hotels disappoint with cheap facades and interior gimmicks. This hotel has a luxurious and spacious reception area and the hotel is notable for its plush carpets, use of marble, chandeliers and heavy drapes. The room was a good size and a pillow menu is available. I liked the fact at night you can leave a dim under vanity light on so, you can move around the room safely. The bathroom had a shower and a seperate bath tub. The room also had a kettle and a safe. Our view was of the Turbojet port. The breakfast was underwhelming from a Western food perspective but it was largely catering to its majority Chinese clientele. We went to the buffet dinner at Praha and enjoyed it greatly. Good quality and a diverse range of food. Service was good.

The hotel has Sands Casino behind it and a promenade of sad, largely shuttered shops and restaurants in front of it. The St Paul’s area of Macao is a 30 minute walk away. Taxis often rank in front of the hotel if you wish to be driven. The outer harbour ferry terminal is about 800 meters walk.

If you are visiting Macao I would recommend this hotel.

Very beautiful hotel, front desk lady very kind upgraded our room to seaview room. I have to say this hotel is comparable with some 5 star hotels in my opinion, yes it is not the newest but it's maintained well and looks clean. Hot water is very easy to adjust, location maybe not the best but convenient enough in exploring macau. They also have a convenient store inside their lobby with an affordable price, overall we enjoy staying here and would definitely back again in the future

The whole experience from this hotel will be one of our memorable one. Thank you! 😘😘😘 And planning on going back the soonest! Hotel staffs are very accommodating and gave us some tips on how to spend our stay in the hotel very interesting and unforgettable.

And also just a piece of advice to the future guests of any hotel, when your going to use the rooms see to it that all the furnitures you or your friends move and disarrange please put it all back properly where it was designated. And take off all the decorations and put in all in the trash bag that you can ask for the guest service just to lessen the mess you will be leaving later after checking out. Room attendant is very a tiring and stressful job.

Thank you and hoping for another set of memories! 😘

It was a great 3 day and 2 nights stay. The concierge staff- Jed provided amicable service. Just to note that this hotel is walking distance from the Macau Outer Harbour Ferry Terminal- 10 mins walk.

Also, we were delighted to know that 'Sands Hotel' opposite this hotel provided free shuttle services to the Cotai Strip Lane- The Parisian, The Londoner, Venetian.

The rooms were great and spacious, really felt like royal 😌. Service was top notch and staff were friendly.

Will come back to stay here again!

In order to avoid the crowds and discounts, I specifically chose to stay on Sunday. The quiet environment gave me a more leisurely feeling of vacation.
Because it's far from the city center, you don't have to wait long to check in or out.
Although the hotel does not have a fortune bus, there is a bus stop in front of the hotel.
With the Macau Pass, you can enjoy a three-yuan discount on rides, and it is very convenient to travel to different parts of the Macau Peninsula.
If you go to Taipa Coloane, you have to change trains in front of xxx.

The room was clean, even the glass shelves were spotless.
I also like the elegant decoration of the room and the bathroom scale.
But one of the USB charging slots is broken, so our phones can’t be charged at the same time!

It was our second time staying here, and we absolutely love it whenever we visit Macau. The location is great, and the prices are affordable. We particularly enjoyed the jacuzzi with hot water.

A special thanks to Exor at the reception, who was very welcoming and helpful. He even upgraded our room and allowed us to check in early, which was a relief since we were quite tired.

We highly recommend the dinner and breakfast buffet at Praha Restaurant. The food selection is superb, especially the fresh oysters and sashimi. The noodles and BBQ section are also wonderful, managed by Marvin, who is always friendly and has a smile on his face. All the staff are fantastic, especially DJ and Rowena, who were attentive, cheerful, and made our stay even better.

Overall, this hotel is fantastic, and we are already planning to come back next month!

Macau is a place for travelers that is looking for comfort and style. i recently stayed at this hotel and i can say that I was satisfied by its service.
We asked for an early check-in since we are having an event nearby and the manager gladly helped us.

The scenic view of the rooms facing the sea is majestic for very economical price.

All the staff are helpful with our questions even though sometimes there's a lot of people waiting to be served.

I am actually a frequent traveler. I am very meticulous when it comes to service, cleanliness, and hospitality of hotels. I came here last September 25 and I came late at night. I was assisted by a bellman, and he directed me to the hotel reception. After I got my key He escorted me to my room. Thanks to the reception for giving me a nice harbourview. The next day I checked out the same person at night assisted me in getting my luggage to the Concierge and called a taxi for me to go to the airport. I promised him that I would have a good comment for him. Thanks, Jed for making my stay feel at home.!!! I will come back again to Harbourview Macau.

I don't think there are smoking rooms at HVH; but at the 5th or 6th floors are the smoking area. During our stay there, we just go down to the ground floor where we can smoke. HVH is such a fabulous hotel.
