Value/Location: Excellent value, and well connected to Galaxy mall (really enjoy visiting the Passion french bakery there, everything is tasty, nutritious, and great value). Pool access is via the Galaxy mall. Good access to buses (71/73/102x stops out the front) to reach either University of Macau or the city on the other island. Food street on ground level is superb. (Love the Macau Roadhouse, has live blues music and good food) Room features: Had a king size bed. Room was pretty spacious. Room has a good sized desk and lots of power ports (both the multicountry kind and UK style). It's a little tricky reaching the HDMI port though if you want to use the TV like a monitor. I like the fact there's a power port in the bathroom that's not just for shavers 😁. Beds are a little on the firm side though. The pillows are enormous. Housekeeping: Rooms are clean and housekeeping was great (thanks Sandeep), always polite and knocking before entering and give you 10 minutes notice beforehand. Also very generous, if you ask for extra water bottles or tea or coffee sachets the staff give you 6 of them 😅. Coffee mate (creamer) seems to be in short supply although this wasn't a problem last time. Perks: Two free cans of creaming soda and 2 of coke in the fridge. I was also given two boxes of pastries and a bottle of red/white portugese wine for staying 6 nights (screw top bottle, but they loaned us a bottle opener at the desk for some other corked wine we brought). They have snacks in the lobby level lounge sometimes too.

Excellent room service Very kind workers and willing to help every time I was disappointed that they didn’t clean the sheets and left them dirty 😕 but we called the room service and they changed it right away. They house keepers also don’t clean and take the dirty cups which also can be annoying , but other than that very good location and very great hotel

My family and I decided to have a short holiday at Broadway hotel. The room was clean and the staff are very accomodating. There were some restaurants nearby at the hotel too so you won't have to worry what to eat the next day. Breakfast was included when we booked it and the amazing part was we had a day access to Grand resort deck as well. Will definitely gonna booked at this hotel again.

There are always many tourists in Macau during the Easter holiday, but the hotel front desk can handle the check-in process quickly. Special thanks to hotel front desk staff Carmen & Henry for their professional attitude, very friendly and detailed explanations. The staff will also take the initiative to help carry luggage to the room. Although you have to go through the shopping mall overpass to get to Tian Tao Lang Park from Broadway Hotel, it is also very convenient.
The hotel room comfort, cleanliness and tidiness of the public areas are all very good, and the overall score is over 95 points. I am also very satisfied with the catering service and environment. Broadway Street has a variety of food and is very convenient.
