My wife and I had stayed at The Rocks Hotel several years ago during the Beijing Olympic Torch Relay. I was very impressed with the service and amenities as well as its location on the Macau Harbor Wharf. We made an intentional detour from our trip in Hong Kong to re-visit and we were not disappointed. The service remains as... More

This is a beautiful romantic hotel removed from the main casino area of Macau. The rooms are fantastic beautifully decorated and amazing views from the balcony. When you arrive off the cotai ferry into Taipa walk across the road and take the free shuttle bus to sands hotel. The rocks hotel is situated at the back of this hotel. The... More

It is a 3 storey building with around 80 rooms only. The low density make the hotel quiet and relaxing. The design of the hotel is elegant with Victorian style and good for photo taking, i.e. hotel lobby with long stairs, the large bird cage and inside the room etc. The staff were very kind and friendly and the rooms... Rocks Hotel earns its credit more than just a mid-size hotel. The British/ European style is classy and elegant achieved by high quality decorations and furnishings. Though the hotel is opened for 10 years, you can tell it is extremely well-maintained and professionally managed. The staff team is absolutely professional. They provide great services and never fail to charm you... More

Unusual the hotel is modeled on a dolls house. Sited at the end of Fisherman's Wharf; the hotel has magnificent views from each room, particularly so as each room has a great balcony, the hotel is perfect for photos both inside and out and a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are large extremely comfortable and the bathroom is exquisite... More

When most people think of a hotel in Macau they almost never mention The Rocks Hotel. It's not a big hotel by any means but that's what I like about it. It's located on the Fisherman's Wharf but hard to spot from afar as it's blocked by the towering casinos (closest one is Sands on Macau side). But this place... More

A quiet hotel but its location is inconvenient at all, nice rooms but the service is not friendly and attentive which is quite common in macau.it is hard to see hotel staff smiling and greeting here, the service quality overall is very low, the concept of five star service to be educated, hope it'll improve.

Welcoming fruits have been cancelled and at least one bottled water was consumed before we arrived the room. But no alternative service offered. Fissure could be seen at the wall, but not disharmonious with the environment especially the vintage furnitures. We had 2 balconies in the suite. The one facing the sunshine was too for all of us having chairs... More
