Hotel with excellent ambience. Located close to pier and offers pickup and drop to airport/pier. Service is exceptional. Rooms are sophisticated well maintained and provide all facilities. Had only breakfast and enjoyed it. Only problem is language or rather understanding the accent.

Lot of travelers (group) and counter seems busy. Room seemed not dated and could be different floors with previous reviewers and size was OK. However, it filled with cigarettes smell even though it was non-smoking floor. Counter staff said only two room access cards could be issued even you left yours inside room. I think they could issue extra where...

Rock hard beds but good showers and the rooms are clean. A little dated generally. Breakfast is ok. Standard Asian half attempt at western faire. Staff are helpful and smile. Some have a command of English too which is nice.

Only good thing about the stay was convenience to go to the casinos. The staff was horrible and does not understand English very well. The air-conditioning was horrible and cannot be switched off. The heater was not effective. The swimming pool was closed.
