Nice Hotel, Excellent Service and Warm Hearted Staff-Ms. Maelene from the Reception were extremely accomodating.. She even allow Us to checkin Early even on a Holiday Period and giving a Room with a good View to Enjoy and Celebrate New Year. Well Recommended..keep it up..
Worst experience i had so far,due to their receptionist, room attendant and pool attendant, that I think werent properly oriented or briefed on their respective job. Guest should be treated equally and should feel comfortable during the stay. Upon our arrival (december 9, 3:30pm) we were approached by a filipino staff and assist us, his name is ROY ( good service). Me and my friends of course went to the reception area to check our booking, and there SHE is (receptionist) . I know you are just doing your job and following hotel protocols, but please treat your guest with respect (discrimination), this is not our first time in a hotel, in fact we’ve been in a luxurious hotel and even had a de luxe room, so we know what are the DO’s and DONT’S. So please improve your service (receptionist) and be courteous. On our way to our respective room (connecting) the room wasnt prepared yet, (other room) so we waited to the avalable one until the other is done. It was understandble though. And so forth, unfortunately the connecting room was locked accidentaly ( key on the connecting room wasnt provided/issued to us) . Of course you need a key to access the electricity, so we use the another key card, but as said the door in the connecting room accidentaly shuts, so our key was on the other room and we dont have spare, so we called the room attendant to help us. The attendant arrive and i was suprised on how she talked and approach us (that is around 4-4:40pm). She told us this, “who locked this?!” “why?!” While we are explaining what happen, she gave us a pissed look. I dont like the tone of her voice and even her expressions, unpleasant and rude. And another thing happen in our room is the air conditioned, so we call again. Imagine staying in a hotel without air-condition and being treated like that?? Are you gonna be happy and comfortable? And next day (december 10, around 10am) in the pool, there was this chinese pool attendant telling us to leave, we ask her why ( we know how to speak cantonese) she said there was a chinese guest complains that one of my colleague is not wearing proper swimwear, I myself was pissed because upon our arrival at the pool, the pool receptionist did not even complain at all on our swimwear, so we know we are wearing proper swimwear, so why?! DISCRIMINATION? We paid the same as the chinese guest is. Isnt it your job also includes that your guest shouldnt feel humiliated or discriminated? We are even at the corner of the pool, so we are not crowding it out. I am writing this to help you improve and be aware on the service that you are providing on your guest. Guest should be treated with respect and equally ( even what race he/she was).…
We choose this hotel to try if it nive hotel of other hotel that we stay but........ the recepcionist the filipina name MYLENE, was very rude and arrogant...... but Mr. Roy is nice staff and also in the pool attendant but the chinese cleaner there she discremanate us
Nice hotel. My wife and I really enjoy our stay here. View from our room was just fantastic. All request was given to us. All staff are friendly and kind. Special thanks to the bellman who assisted us, forgot to get his name. They follow government policy for declaration code. Surely we will come back again.
this hotel are very discusting specially the chinese manager name sparky he is very rude he is no respect to the guest ,,,they dont know how to properly treat the guest ...i will not recommend this hotel to anyone it a serious waste,, the staff not train well
