We chose this hotel as we wanted to visit Macau and aren't into gambling so didn't want to stay at one of the brash hotels with an on-site casino. So the Mandarin Oriental was ideal for us. Great quality hotel within easy walking distance of the Macau tower and old town. The hotel proactively contacted us to ask how we...

Charging US10 per hour is crazy nowadays while I.can get compli Wi-Fi from all other 5 star hotels. The overall staff quality is good even though the facilities introduction is a bit robot feel. :) The view of the room (my room is facing the lake) is very nice and good privacy.

This is the first time I stay with the brand and I regret that I didn't do it earlier. Beautifully designed and carefully maintained. Professional staff all the way along. As a 5-star, this hotel matches its name both on the hardware (facilities, design, maintenance, view) and software (details, staff). Thank you for making our stay such a pleasure. I will...

Wonderful hotel with a great experience from start to finish. I would highlight employee Victor Wu who went out of his way to be helpful on a number of occasions - his cheerful outlook just added to an overall great stay. Many thanks

Excellent service and spacious meeting facilities make this an ideal choice for conferences or corporate off-sites. Good location next to the MGM and old Macau casinos offers plenty of variety for evening entertainment as well all within walking distance.

I visited Macau for a one-night stay in late November 2016 as part of the Amex Platinum FHR program. My stay was outstanding and I now have a new favourite hotel for when I visit Asia. The head concierge Francis is amazing and very attentive - my return ferry ticket to HKIA was arranged for easily and a return car...

Location is fair, it's not easy to get taxi available in front of the hotel. As the hotel is a not located in the Downtown. Service is good. The attitude of the staff is good and gentle. Cleaniness is excellent. The room is good especially the bathroom facilities.

I stayed for two nights during my visit to Macau and loved the location and comfort of the hotel. The staff were very welcoming and helpful throughout my stay and I am sure I would stay here again if in the area I enjoyed afternoon tea in the bar and although the service was a little slow at times the...

Have stayed there since it opened. Most excellent service, beautiful rooms, delicios food.attentive staff. Try the Spa, it is worth it. No Casino, a plus. Good views. Lots of cupboard space and many coathangers. Lighting complicated to understand.
