The beautiful Legend Palace is a 5-6 minute from the Macao ferry terminal and well located to access the city. The thing that truly makes this visit special is the amazing staff, from the fantastic front door guys, to the kind, happy and thorough cleaning staff make your stay truly enjoyable. Due to the pandemic and the travel ban, we have no choice but to stay in Macau this year. My girlfriend and I have stayed in different hotels in the past few months as the price of the staycation package are very reasonable. But I got to say Legend Palace is the best one so far. Not only the price is low but also the great service.
The receptionists greet us immediately when we approached the counter to check-in. They all quite friendly and professional. The whole Check-In progress doesn't need to take 2 minutes and they will even send their staff to escort you to your room which makes me feel I am VIP here😂. We arrived at the hotel quite early but they manage to arrange an early check-in for us which is great 👍🏻. The room is clean and comfortable. All in all, we really enjoyed our time here and appreciated your service. This hotel is really underrated! Special thanks to Ruby and yudi who take good care of us during our stay.

Couldn't have picked a better venue for my baby shower. I booked a 1-bedroom suite and sincerely requested in advance for an upgrade to their Garden Suite (which can only be requested and cannot be guaranteed until on-day and cannot be booked as the hotel only has very few of this room type). Upon check in, they were able to get me the upgrade, me and my husband were very grateful and it made our celebration more special and memorable. They even put small decorations like balloons, teddy bear and a 'Welcome Baby' banner(which we took one home as a souvenir), I really admire for putting in the effort. One of the manager, Mr. Shel with whom I emailed regarding my requests, greeted me upon check in and kindly escorted me to my room. He was very welcoming and provided hospitable service. Maggie (not sure if that's the name), was also very friendly at check in and welcomed me with a smile.
And also thank you to the bellman at check out for his kind service and his helpfulness at our departure from the hotel.
Thank you for being part of our celebration, in a way hehe. It was such a beautiful success and all my friends enjoyed themselves. The room are very spacious and beautiful. Views from the two large glass doers in our veranda it’s very quiet and beautiful scenery of the sea. In my hands, I always guarantee that every request I ask is granted by any person that I send to the hospitality industry. It was indeed a legendary experience, upon my arrival i was welcome by Alex and his concierge team escorted me to the check in counter, quick and very efficient check in process handled by Ms. Daisy.I was escorted by Ms. Oceana to my room and patiently done a very detailed room orientation. I was not able to use the pool due to the bad weather but i enjoyed using the the gym and the sauna thank you for Mr. Aljon for being very attentive ,he is alone but trying all his best to attend everyone. I had a buffet lunch with my friend at the Brasserie de Paris,the food is good, reasonable price and offer discount for inhouse Guest. During my check out ,cashier was not able follow about my experience nor offer further assistance with regards to my depature.but then i was approach by Mr. Richard concierge and offer asistance,finally I met Mr. Gilbert who made all his effort to contact me and trying to find out the purpose of my stay Mr. Gilbert shown the true spirit of hospitality. The Hotel is quite new and offers high quality services. The hotel is perfect to explore the old and historic part of Macau.
If you want to go to the casino island you can take free bus shuttles which are available within around 5min walking distance.
The big difference makes the helpful and friendly staff, especially Richard knows all good places (where to eat, what to see or how to get there most convenient).
So I can definitely recommend the hotel. Only missing was a drink & cocktail service at the pool side. But this is really all. Regarding the room, pictures say more than words / perfect.

Stayed for the first time at Legend Palace Hotel with my husband and it was amazing!
We were greeted cheerfully by Tom who directed us to the front desk for checkin. Maggie was very accommodating and upgraded us to a suite with seaview! I appreciate your kindness for making our stay memorable. The checkin was smooth and fast. I would also like to extend my thanks to Jonathan from housekeeping who was tirelessly meeting our needs during our stay!
I love their recreation facilities, outdoor pool and jacuzzi. They also have sauna and steam room inside the changing rooms of both Men and Women. I enjoyed the whole afternoon swimming and snacking by the pool.
If your room don’t come with breakfast, worry not! You can buy at the front desk at MOP 118 / person only! We bought it on-day and we have no regrets! We were so full, lots of choices! Be sure to check the price upon checkin as it might fluctuate ☺️ due to the holidays.
I recommend this hotel, they offer lots of room package promotions in their website. Legend Palace Hotel’s service is excellent!

Just spent a night at Legend Palace for my wife’s birthday celebration in December and we did enjoy it a lot! The team there is very attentive and friendly! We were greeted by the staff with smile (you could still feel it even with their masks on) every time we walked through the public area. Besides, they tried every way they could to personalise our stay by putting lovely drawn birthday card, custom made welcome video, digital birthday signage etc. Last but not least, what we appreciate the most is they basically got everything parents need setup in the suite when staying with a baby! Thank you once again for the Legend Palace Team for creating us such an unforgettable staycation experience! Definitely would come back again for special occasions next time!

This time I stayed in a sea view suite. The front desk staff was quite friendly and courteous, and the service was satisfactory. Even the housekeeping staff I met during check-in and check-out also greeted me kindly with big smile.
The suite and bathroom are also spacious and comfortable. Terrace with an open sea view, the scenery was quiet and wonderful.
The room facilities are also very well, various mobile phone charging cable are also provided which is very considerate. The coffee machine comes with Starbucks capsule and the bath products are L'Occitane. The flavor of the shower gel was very refreshing and I love it so much.
Overall, I am very satisfied with my stay. The location is just a few minutes' walk from the Hong Kong and Macau Ferry Terminal, which is very convenient. I will definitely stay here again next time.
