This little takeaway coffee corner opposite to Belcancao is a disaste. It is just not a place for your staff to make coffee for guest. Took around 20 minutes to made me 3 cups of coffee including one solo espresso, only two coffees ahead of my order. The coffee was warm, quality of milk was bad. The milk jug that...

Rooms are very modern yet elegant, no signs of aging in any of the fixtures. Well connected to Venetian and Cotai Central. Appreciated that they had dedicated shuttle service for FS guests to the ferry pier separate from the Venetian/Cotai buses. Their concierge were very helpful to arrange restaurant bookings for Valentine's, which likely was an overpacked date. This would...

We stayed at the the Four Seasons Macau over Easter and the hotel is an oasis of elegant relaxation in the frantic casinos and never-ending shopping malls. Unlike so many of the oversized hotel complexes in the city, the Four Seasons is perfectly scaled and inviting. The 5 pools and private outdoor cabanas are luxurious, especially the lagoon pool, while...

I booked a last minute deal and assumed it would just be a ordinary room. Instead, our room was newly renovated and elegantly decorated. The bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in. The bedding was so crisp and clean that it made us felt like a million dollars. The bathroom was huge, with separate bath, shower and...

Compared to other 5 star hotel, I do not feel elegant when entering Four seasons. The color of wall is torn off and it looks like the building is more than 20 years ago. I do not see any Chandeliers so I do not feel the hotel is very elegant.
