Nestled in a prime spot, The Parisian Macao is lauded for its central location with convenient shuttle services to local attractions, according to many guests. The spacious and immaculate rooms provide comfort, though some visitors crave more vibrancy in decor. The hotel's grandeur and French-inspired elegance receive high marks, as does the attentive service that makes guests feel regal.
While the comprehensive amenities, including a replica of the Eiffel Tower, add to the hotel's charm, a few travelers mention extra costs. Overall, the Parisian Macao stands out for its value and cleanliness.

Detailed Reviews
We enjoyed our stay in the family room at the Parisian. Kids were happy that they got their own mini robes and slippers. The pool was heated and had a great view. Breakfast was fine, but it was strange that our family room only included 2 breakfast for adults and we had to pay extra for the children. Why would we book a family room with a bunk bed if we were only 2 adult travellers?

I am travelling with my wife and my daughter, I took free shuttle bus from Gong Bei border gate go to this hotel, when we arrival this hotel , one bellman friendly greeting to us and offer luggage service, inform us we can direct go to counter for check in , when our room ready , our bellman will deliver the luggage to the room. This is a good improvement. when we go to the front desk counter ,the staff warmly introduce hotel facilities and restaurant direction and also did room free upgrade to us and offer late check out. The overall experience was excellent. Thank you.

I have booked the Macao Package with Parision Macau directly and I have requested for a higher floor in order for me to see the view at night better since it was my first time staying in Parision and is my birthday . Lucas Lin came back to me knowing that it was my birthday mentioning a complimentary cake will be given to me on the day which I am arriving. After 1 day Lucas upgraded my room to Deluxe King with Eiffel tower view. Was so glad and happy. Then next day after they upgraded my room they offer me VIP lounge service which I can use them while I am in Macau. Wira (Indonesian Chinese) called me to inform me on this mentioning I am lucky ones to be selected on using this lounge free of charge.
On 11 Jan upon my arrival I went into the VIP lounge and Tiffany took care of me and my husband very well. We went to the lounge to have a drink and snacks as we took ferry to Macau so we just wanted to rest a while before starting our Macau plan of sightseeing and eating.
Wira came in and saw me and we greeted each other. Tiffany and Wira has given be a small box of Godiva cholocate. Tiffany helped us to take a photo and at night when we went back to our room we saw the cake and the photo being framed up for us.
Overall the experience is very good. Tiffany and Wira are really friendly and kind to us. They have given their best to service us.
I did not managed to see Lucas but was grateful that was offered a complimentary birthday cake and free upgrade of the room to Deluexe King Eiffel Tower.
Thanks to Lucas, Tiffany and Wira.
Lastly the room was clean and tidy. The location is very good with access on the bridge to Sands shoppers, inside Parision there is also shopping and etc.
The observation tower at 37 floor was really nice especially the night view.

The lighting in the room is dim to the extent that it causes headache; told the staffs about that but simply received a reply "sorry, that is all lighting we have".
Was told that I could display my iPhone to the TV but ended up not working; called the front desk about that but they initially helped and said "it does not work". Staffs only helped when I told them that phone-TV connection is what promised when booking the hotel, but it still took them 2 hours to fix this problem.
Do not book this hotel if you are going to order food delivery - it took 20 minutes for you to come down to the entrance to get the food.
I initially had great expectation to this hotel, but that expectation was just very much under-fulfilled.

Currently there are different packages/ room rate to choose, some with complimentary entry to Qube or the
Aqua World. I booked the room only as the kids may enjoy the bunk bed and the room decor. Complimentary upgrade plus 5pm check out. I only need the late check out.
One adult and two kids (age 7 and 3). If you need space for the family or you are used to staying in suites, this family room maybe a bit small for a family of four. Kids under 10 is okay. Though it is still fun to try out this room. We were at the North Wing facing their four seasons. So guessing the South side face the tower.
Summer time now. At 10am, hotel pool already packed with guests, we tried the pool bar and got served by John and Joe. All staff we met are very nice and kind.
Aqua world is quite relaxing before 14:00. Then lots of guests and little ones. Depending on the age of your kids whether you will be relax or stressed to chase them around. Hotel guests has a discount, all tickets are the same price. No adults or child price for aqua world.
Qube at this time needs to wear mask, so I have no intention to play a visit.

This is our 3rd trip to Parisian Macau within the last 6 months. We always love going to Macau and recently have been choosing Parisian as our favorite hotel of stay. We would like to thank Susan Masih for her excellent service and care and giving us the confidence to always choose Parisian as our hotel of stay whenever we visit Macau.
We travel with a baby and toddler so things are never easy and it is so important to us that things go as smoothly as possible (e.g check in, room amenities and all things that does not go to plan).
With our most recent stay in December, we had an excellent experience and smooth check-in assisted by Mr Wira Dharmawira. He was very understanding and helped to arrange our room at soon as possible so that the family could unload and the kids could recharge from the traveling before exploring hotel. He was also very proactive to introduce the hotel facilities and the kids enjoyed Qube Kingdom very much. Too bad it was too cold to swim, next time we would love to try the Water world very much.
As for the hotel, we stayed in a Famille room - which is perfect for a family of 4. There is a double bed for the parents and bunk bed for the kids. Kids love bunk beds! The room is also decorated nicely and extremely kids friendly equipped with children amenities. Our youngest actually is not able to stay in the bunk bed as yet, but the room is able to still fit a baby crib, spacious!
Excellent choice of restaurants and at the perfect location. Walkable distance to other hotels nearby via connecting bridges so you can stay indoors and easily push a stroller without needing to walk out to open street with young children.
Overall, we enjoyed our stay everytime and will surely visit again in the near future.

Booked 2 rooms to stay there with family in jun 2020. No one showed us where to go to the hotel room after check-in, we had to walk around with one of the family members on wheelchair n to carry our own luggages to find n ask around where are the lifts to go up to the room.
I requested to stay in non smoking rooms but end up with one of the room is full of cigarette smell...so smelly!
When we went up to their Eiffel Tower with a wheelchair, on one at the tower ticketing reception opened the entrance of the lift nor even told us we could take lift to go up! We ended up had to ask my elderly to get off from the wheelchair n take the escalator!
Pls note that they are not giving out the rooms for free, I paid almost USD190 / night without breakfast just to to have a short staycation with family but sorry I won’t recommend this hotel to locals nor tourists as it’s only a so call luxury hotel with NO service at all! If Parisian thinks that we as locals are not deserved any service from them ..then I would suggest that they should stop their business until the real tourists come. Don’t ask our locals to support you during this difficult time as you are not deserved it!

We had the above type of room on Chinese New Year's Eve for a 'staycation'. Our daughter had wanted the novelty of a bunk bed. The room is thoughtfully planned, with features including a small section of the hallway that has wall magnets for children. There is also a toy box. Normally that would have soft toys. But possibly due to safety considerations relating to the pandemic, those items were not stowed currently, so best for your child to bring a few items along.
Our visit was probably atypical of the average stay, in that we had the benefit of a VIP host, in our case, a charming and talented person called Susan.
She and her colleagues went above and beyond our expectations in terms of making sure we were happy and comfortable during what was only a short stay.
An example is that Susan organised a booking for our daughter at Qube Kingdom, the children's play zone at the Parisian. For those parents interested, it has an outdoor as well as indoor play area (weather permitting) that includes a fully-staffed carousel. That part is almost like having your own private fairground.
The hotel business is that: a business. But for a hotel operation to stay in the guest's mind, it must also be an 'experience'. The Parisian Famille Room stay was a great experience, thanks to Susan and her many and great colleagues.

All staff we met are very attentive, including e-mail correspondence with room reservations. We stayed in the Lyon Suite with double bed. Very grateful for being offered the VIP floors. The suite is surprisingly new, there’s a kitchenette, and a massage function bath tub too. I don’t remember these items are available in the one bed room Lyon Suite we tried some years ago. Not sure if it’s the VIP floors that matters. Last year we tried the familie room which is quite worn out, and small and not functional drainage.
I appreciate the slippers, being in different size and colours, so the whole family can manage to distinguish which belongs to which.
I purposely stay at The Parisian for making sure I can get into Aqua World. My last year experience was, Aqua World was too crowded and serve hotel guests only (at peak times). I don’t want to disappoint the kids. Moreover, to my surprise, at this time of the year, it’s very quiets even at Qube.
Tried Market Bistro. The food is okay with an affordable price.

Yes, and its free. In fact all shuttle between hotels and the one going to the Starworld hotel in the city is also free.
The free ferry basically is to Hong Kong, and free ferry only found in 2days and above stay package promotion.
Unless you plan to go to HK for day-trip during your stay in Macao, otherwise this promotion it is not useful. Or, if you from HK and go to Macao for a short stay, then you may use this route to travel back to HK for free with their T&C apply.
There are buses available in the hotel going to old macau
The room is a 72-meter square and yes one is a queen bed and the other is a king bed, can definitely take 2 adult and a kid.
