We went on two occasions. The first time, last year, the best thing was the food, but we had a power outage at night, no air-conditioning for a while. The rooms are very simple, like a motel, but seems clean. During the morning the children wanted to use the pool but were cleaning with chemicals, rather than at night as...

Our experience at this hotel was less than expected. We were charged 170 dollars per night and were asked to pay 40 dollars plus tax for a late check out which we found extremely high. The room was clean but very very outdated. The pool is beautiful but is not well maintained and had fungi in the inside walls. You...

It is a small hotel, some rooms are outdated, but the surrounds are very peaceful. You'll need a car to get there. The hotel is located about 10 minutes far from Combate, 15 minutes from Boqueron Poblado, and 20 minutes from Joyuda (these places have great nightlife and fun). The view around the hotel is amazing, especially at night when...

Hotel has very beautiful exteriors (garden and pool); however the rooms are a different experience, they need an urgent revamping.... The hotel beach can't be used for anything unless you want to get caught in "quicksand". Thank God that the hotel is near of the beautiful beach "Playuela" near the lighthouse. I arrived at 2:00PM, although the room was ready,...

Happening right now... rooms are very dirty, horrible humid smell, allergies kick-in as soon as I entered the room. If you want to leave the A/C on to reduce the humidity they charge you $25 per night. To aggravate things, the room became flooded with water from outside the room... seems like a gutter or something is pouring water inside...

The service is horrible! I got sick as soon as I entered the room because the humidity that was terrible. The bathroom looks like a they never do any maintenance. The hotel exteriors facilities are generally not bad except for the pools that have slime for all over the shore. The quality of the food is unacceptable for the price....

I just spent a weekend with the family and it was awesome. The staff was super courteous and the food was very good. People, it is not a 5 star hotel, but for the price, I found it to be above par. Will be staying again.
