We are deeply sorry to learn that there were various aspects of your time with us that resulted in an unsatisfactory stay. We really appreciate your feedback, though of course we are disappointed that we couldn't make your stay an enjoyable one
BREAKFAST : too simple (for ex: only one type of jam : pineapple), so avoid to stay too many nights. They charge you every single request (for example: 1 slice of bread). Fruit juice are he smallest one i've seen.
