Where do we start??? On arrival the hotel looked good at a glance however once we stepped into the reception area you could tell the hotel was outdated and the smell coming from the dinning area was awful which lingered into the main reception area! The food was terrible as it was not fresh. We went half board and had...

Dear Sirs .... I remind you very well and our conversation, and no wonder to see how the truth is twisted, until it seemed that we are responsible for attempted coercion and blackmail that you conducted, threatening me with Trip advisor Describe the type of customers 1. We have recently returned from 6 days at the Grand Callao. The weather was glorious sunshine which was a great bonus as the hotel was not that good. The hotel is situated on steep slopes so there is a steep walk to get from the pool/reception/restaurant area to the rooms. The walk to the nearest bars/restaurants is also via a...

We spent Christmas in this hotel for a week. We had a disabled daughter in a wheelchair & were a family of six. Which was made known at the time of booking. On arrival the receptionist was shocked that we were a family of six & with a wheelchair. She put us in rooms right at the bottom of the...

If youre looking for a quiet hotel away from the nosier popular resorts then this may be the one for you but beware as it certainly isnt perfect. I stayed half board and the quality of both the breakfast and evening meal left a lot to be desired. The 'free' Wi-Fi is actually restricted to the Reception area and is...

Hotel Grand Callao Sport was a good experience because the place is quiet and relaxing. Just to sit in the outdoor restaurant for breakfast under the wooden roof, look at the pool and the palms is just relaxing. The Spa was a great surprise. Professional Physiotherapeut and a large indoor pool with 32 C water. The Spa also have Sauna,...

I've just returned from a week stay in Callao Salvaje at Grand Callao hotel. This is our third time to the area, so for us the location is great! The town of Salvaje is about 20 minutes drive from the airport and 10 minutes from El Duque and Adeje. The Grand hotel is situated at the top of a steep...

This place is quiet and it is not the best option for people who are looking for an active social holiday. Place is located 30 minutes from South Tenerife airport, which costs about 40 euro on taxi. Hotel has a nice very good spa facility, good golf field, large relaxation area, game area and three pools. One of pools is...

Going to Tenerife for business and being a frequent traveller for 10 years might make this review a little biased but I will stick to the facts. Hotel is well indicated when you arrive from the main road. It is located on a private area with a good chunk of natural area (trees / plants / grass) which makes the...

Dear Customer. I am convinced that, if Wifi, would be free, the rest of his perception would change, and the hotel would not be classified as "not impressed" by you. As all hotels, we have many views, including to other villas near the Hotel. Parking,,,, all you wants, in the Access area to the hotel or behind it. There is...

We stayed 5 nights at this hotel last week, whilst visiting friends who live in Callao Salvaje. This hotel is great value for money! Half board or all inclusive at a very good rate. The spacious bedrooms have large sun terraces, sheets and towels were changed daily. What impressed me most were the spa facilities, absolutely amazing and included in...

Dear guest. Thank you very much for your comments. . The Hotel has 5 years old currently, which doesn't looks surprisingly 60s decoration. In principle I can tell that the desing of the furniture are basic, minimalist and straight lines, but I can not say more, than a decorator designed at the time. In any case, again give you, thanks,...

I loved my stay here. They rooms were clean and tidy and the staff were very helpful. The pool and sun terrace were beautiful and the spa was a fantastic experience. Good afternoon ... It is a small hotel of 90 rooms, and we have many nationalities .... Obviously, get in to a market as the British, which everyone (Hotel, destinations, resort, ) goes and many hotels in a big companies are extremely known, is difficult. Difficult promotion, hard to be known, and difficult, have a high number of clients of...
