We are just finishing a lovely stay at Le Mas Normand. Mylene and Christian are such wonderful hosts, very gracious and warm. It is such a pleasure to stay in such a delightful place and you barely want to go out and explore each morning. Breakfast is simply divine and while the area has lots to explore and do, the...

Have visited a number of times to this beautiful Bed and Breakfast in Normandy. A wonderful old home, restored and refurbished as comfortable and homely accommodation. Lovely hosts and breakfast is plentiful and delicious. There is also the option for a cooked dinner which is delicious. Location is perfect for exploring the D-Day beaches and exploring the surrounding French villages.

Stayed for five days in the caravan (roulotte) last week. It's a beautiful, rustic fisherman's hut in the garden of this tranquil B&B. As it's a caravan, things are a little compact, but what you lack in space you gain in bucket loads of charm. Mylene has put little charming touches everywhere, adding plenty of character. It's really quite magical....

We stayed one night at Le Mas Normand as we traveled through Normandy this May. The location is beautiful and picturesque, the Clair de Lune room was spacious, comfortable and inviting. Mylene and Christian were gracious hosts and the breakfast was incredible, with a table piled high with local foods including croissants, cheese and homemade jams and hot coffee, among...

This was a lovely bed and breakfast. Our hosts were so friendly, the room was so cozy, and the property was beautiful. The breakfast spread was exquisite as well. In addition to the various baked goods, we were served passion fruit and some of the best cheese we've had in France. We wish we had more than one night there!

This review is from a stay back in 2001 on a trip to a wonderful weekend at the 24hr of Lemans in June / 01. As I can see the reviews that have been left are all positive and should so be. Our stay in 2001 was when Mylene and Christian were on their way to restoring the B&B. All...

We stayed here at this B&B for 3 nights in early October on the recommendation of some friends who had stayed here some 8 years ago. We were not disappointed, it was just as they had described to us and Mylene and Christian were so friendly, natural, down to earth casual people. Their knowledge of the local area, food, wine,...

Official Description (provided by the hotel)
It all began in 1995, as we landed in Normandy… the southern girl that I was, will have to get used to the « Wild West », I let you imagine the disruption in our lifestyle! Then in the fall of 1997, we accidentally discovered our dream house: an old « ruine » of the 18th century, for which we literally fell in love at first sight! At the bottom of a dead end there was this lovely south-facing little farm. ... more   less
