Like other reviewers we were on a KGB deal that was remarkable value for money. This is basically a pub doing B&B with evening meals available. We were checked in by a helpful chap who was also the barman. The room was fine being clean and with a comfortable bed. The first nights meal was included in the deal and...

This has to be the best waste of a KGB deal we have ever bought, when it could have been so much better if only.... If Only.... The "Warm Welcome" we were promised on the new website made us feel "Warmly Welcomed" - it didn't. If Only..... The 4 Poster bed - " furnished and equipped to the highest standard,...

Not a lot more can be said about this place...Went on a KGB offer, excellent value. Anyone with limited mobility may struggle as all rooms are accessed via a steep stair case and rooms 8 & 9 are up a second flight. Room 8 large and comfortable with jacuzzi bath. Staff friendly and helpful. Food okay, standard pub fare.Beer quality was...

Stayed 2 nights on KGB deal. Had a great sing a long with the locals on Friday night. We enjoyed the food but the atmosphere in the bar was a winner. The sun was out so we enjoyed a beer in the beer garden. I would not hesitate to come back

We recently stayed at a nearby caravan park and decided to visit this inn for a meal on my birthday. Unfortunately the food didn't live up to expectations. The salad with the starter had a soapy taste to it. We both had the sirloin steak, which was more of a frying steak, with home oven chips, and a tasteless curdled...

Booked two night for beginning of week, arrived Monday and were shown to Room 8 VERY SMALL windows which you need to be over 6 ft to open. TV receiption was a nightmare - kept breaking up. Stairs very shallow and also very poorly lit need to be careful. The worst thing of all was the traffic noise which went...
