Filoxenia hotel is one of the best hotels I have stayed in and I have stayed in many! The rooms are spotless and the views are breathtaking. The grounds are well kept and and there is an air of tranquility as you sit outside in the garden looking out at the beautiful view. The staff are AMAZING, polite and ready...

I like mostly when some place has a soul, and if the place has a soul, you can't face with bad hospitality at all. Filoxenia hotel definitely has a soul. It is small hotel close to Ouranopolis which is owned by Greek family. Rooms are big enough (we are family with 2 children), it has a great terrace with a...

Very clean, really nice view, the beach is pretty close. There is also a small island not very far, where you can go to the beach. If you want a quiet place to enjoy the sun this is definetly a good choice.

Athos peninsula is not about luxury, show-off and market’s top players race. It is about people. Most of whom are pilgrims wishing to visit Holy Mount of Athos. There used to be a small fisher’s village and a small ferry pier serving monks of Athos’ 20 monasteries and pilgrims. In the boom of 1980s this place received it’s own portion...

We stayed for six nights, and had a clean, comfortable, and perfectly charming room. However the "vibe" and the "breakfasts" are slightly off. Breakfast varied massively, and often felt like they were cutting corners on those who were staying longer. With the quantity, quality, and indeed variety of items massively inconsistent. That said it is one of the more pleasant...

It's clean and cozy. It's perfect for short stays but the rooms are too small if stay long. The view from the terrace is awesome. If you have realistic expectations you'll not be disappointed. The breakfast is poor but wifi is good so you could eat some GB of delicious food pictures.
