I nearly stayed here on a package with Kosmar but was totally put off by the bad reviews. So we ended up flying schedule and finding our own accommodation. Whilst we were there I thought I would go and take a look at the Giannoulaki just to see what it really was like and these are my thoughts Very pretty,... More

I have just returned from a weeks stay at the Giannoulaki Village. I read the reviews before going so went with an open mind having travelled to the Greek Islands for the last 20 years and stayed on mykonos 5 times before. We found the accomodation spotlessly clean, very large and to a very high standard. We were in the... More

Absolutely fantastic. I agree with the comments regarding Libra and when we visit again we will book directly. As for comments about the owners being "bad" - absolute rubbish!! they are extremely friendly and welcoming!!

The Owners of this scruffy complex with a beautiful pool were the most rude and vile creatures i have ever had the misfortune to come across. The rooms are dark, dank and smelly, the sheets are damp, and don't ever asked for clean towels as the husband gets all threatening. The floor was constantly awash with black hairs and cigarette... Not long back from the Wedontlikeyou hotel in Mykonos. Situated equally as far away from town as the beach, the hotel is perfect for those wanting to see the 'real' Greece (ie a rundown area with scrapyard, caravan and lots of barking dogs). The owners seem to go out of their way to display the kind of welcome that typifies... More

Hallo. I am greek. I went to Mykonos and i stayed at Giannoulaki's village. I have to say that the "suite", which was actually a big room and not a real suite, was spacious enough and clean enough. The first night when i was about to go to bed, i realized that the sheets were dirty and full of hair!!... More

I can empathise with both sides of the argument regarding the Giannoulaki Apartments. I agree that the pool is one of the best I have ever seen (if a little windswept) with some great views over the town. The bar was good, but if you are having breakfast don't drip the tea bag on the table cloth, we did and... More
