Don't know why there are so many negative reviews. You get what you pay for and this place is cheap! We found that the rooms were very clean, the food was fine, entertainment wasn't particularly entertaining, but there you go, you can't have everything. Most of the staff are fab! Sean (spelt incorrectly, I'm sure) on reception is friendly, very...

Location good, all inclusive resonable not five star but good enough, just had breakfast and snacks as ate out in the evening. Good for drink before you go out as included, if you want to have a cocktail that was extra. I didn't try these as i was on Tenerife to stay in the hotel Studio room was actually better...

I stayed at this hotel at the start of March for my hen weekend. There were 12 other ladies with me. Arrived on the Friday night & dinner was still open. If you are a fussy eater, you will struggle. Not a lot to chose from but we made do. We ate out for dinner the rest of the weekend....

This is a three star establishment with no pretensions to be anything more. The restaurant is upmarket works canteen in style and the food available is OK if a little monotonous. The apartment we had, 412, was adequate but the beds were not especially comfortable and the hot water in the bathroom basin was a pathetic dribble; there was also...

This is not a bad hotel by any means, although a little dated. The studio room we had was clean with a great shower, own balcony, small kitchenette with sink and fridge and plenty of storage for clothes. We had twin beds but the beds were lacking in comfort and need up-dating; the bedding could do with up-dating too, although...

Thank you for your comment and I can understand that not everybody have the same opinion, but the only thing that I want to comment is about the remote control for the TV, the 25€ is only a deposit, the last day we give the 25€ back when the guest return the remote control and the receive that we give...

Went out for a celebration Holiday for my husbands 50th birthday. The hotel was a bit dated, but clean . The staff were very friendly and helpful. My son had a very nasty accident whilst we were away and the help we received from from the hotel was fantastic . With special thanks to the cleaning, maintenance and reception team...

Stayed there for 4 nights from 26th Feb. Got a good price for all inclusive for 6 rooms so wasn't expecting 5 star . Somewhere clean with some decent food will do. After reading the reviews I asked for 5th floor. We got 3 rooms on 6th and 3 rooms on 2nd. Fair enough, you gotta go somewhere as probably...
