The apartment we had, 412, was adequate but the beds were not especially comfortable and the hot water in the bathroom basin was a pathetic dribble; there was also...

This is not a bad hotel by any means, although a little dated. The studio room we had was clean with a great shower, own balcony, small kitchenette with sink and fridge and plenty of storage for clothes. We had twin beds but the beds were lacking in comfort and need up-dating; the bedding could do with up-dating too, although...

My son had a very nasty accident whilst we were away and the help we received from from the hotel was fantastic . With special thanks to the cleaning, maintenance and reception team...

After reading the reviews I asked for 5th floor. We got 3 rooms on 6th and 3 rooms on 2nd. Fair enough, you gotta go somewhere as probably...

Having read some terrible reviews before I went, I was so worried about this hotel! I considered cancelling my booking! On arrival I could not have been happier! We stayed in a studio, the room was huge! Very clean no sign of any bugs or anything else! The fridge was a great bonus. Maid service came in everyday to make...
