Nestled in a prime location, the Royal Sunset Beach Club is celebrated for its lively atmosphere, particularly around the pool and bar, though it's worth noting the potential for noise from a nearby karaoke bar. The rooms are commended for being clean and well-equipped, but some guests mention noise can be an issue.
While the hotel offers family-friendly amenities and entertainment, charges for pool towels and gym access have been pointed out. The staff's friendly and efficient service is frequently lauded, though opinions on the value due to extra charges vary among guests.

Just returned from a 14-night self-catering stay in a 1 bed apartment. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Apartment is very well equipped with a balcony which had a Table and 4 chairs provided. Great value for money and an excellent base for us to explore Costa Adeje. Location excellent everything on the doorstep Taxi rank outside a Couple of supermarkets close by which had everything we required although a little expensive Lots of restaurants to suit every ones taste Plenty of entertainment through the day and night Never disturbed by any noise and we slept very well. Sun beds always available around the pool. Took own towels so did not pay £2.00 daily pp Gym £5.00pp daily The filtered water tap in the room was a major plus as was the Fans in living areas and also Air Con. Reception, entertainment and housekeeping staff were friendly and efficient. Have booked to return again

This is possibly one of the best 3 star apartments I have ever seen (I was a holiday rep too).
The apartment was spotless and modern. All the kitchen equipment you could need for a self catering break including an oven, dishwasher, microwave and a coffee machine. Even has a filter water tap!
The double bed was so comfortable and the large sofa bed was really good quality.
Pool area clean and plenty of sun loungers. The sun loungers are really good quality too.
The kids also loved watching the movie in the pool at night.
Absolutely fabulous location and staff really helpful. Our air-conditioning leaked on one day and it's was fixed within minutes!
Obviously, there are some minor things.... the shower wasn't particularly powerful but still good. I thought €8 to hire a towel, which couldn't not be changed, was a little excessive. The rooms near the bar were a little loud in the evening for small kids but it does finish at 11.30pm. Like I said very minor!
Supermarket 2 doors down with fresh fruit, veg and freshly baked bread plus all the usual things you would want.
Was definitely a good place to stay!

We have just returned from a 2 week stay at Royal Sunset Beach . This was our third visit. The complex is immaculately clean and the pool has been recently tiled. The dept of the pool is now an even 1.5m deep. The pool is a great size and there is also a jacuzzi. Our apartment was downstairs and looked out onto the pool area. It has both ceiling fan and aircon units in both the kitchen/living area and bedroom. The sofa bed is quite big and ask for a bed topper for the sofa bed to make it more comfy. The apart has all the self catering equipment you would expect and also a dishwasher which is a life saver. There is a separate drinking water tap in the apartment. The linen is changed every week and towels are changed every three days. You can hire pool towels for €4 each per week. There is free Wi-Fi and English Tv stations on both TVs. The apartments are situated in a great location very close to Fanabe Beach, and easy walking distance of Peurto Colon and San Eugenie on one side and El Duque beach and shopping centres and the Adeje market on the other. There is a bowling alley across the roads. There are countless restaurants within easy reach and you will never get to sample them all. The apartment complex have an entertainments staff who organise different activities during the day for adults and kids like pool volley ball, foam party, pool water mat, bingo, aqua aerobics , coastal walk and aqua poll dancing. There is also really good music entertainment on every evening. The pool bar serves food although we didn’t really eat here except for breakfast on the first day. We look forward to returning.

We arrived as a party of 12 at around lunch time and all rooms were ready on arrival.
The hotel is in a fabulous location, around 2 mins walk to all the bars and restaurants in Adeje. Its a mix of timeshare members and holiday makers.
Checking in was smooth, the staff very proficient and a quick unpack and the kids were all in the pool.
Rooms are very modern and well equipped. The safe is included in the price of the room and there is even an iron and board provided.
The Pool area is lovely, kept immaculately clean and the sun loungers very comfy. Pool itself was warm in October/November.
Service and food at the Pool Bar is very very good. The staff work very hard and food and drink is reasonably priced with happy hour at 5-6pm each day.
Entertainment was so so while we were there, but it doesn't appear to be that sort of hotel and we were not looking for that anyway. We left the hotel each night.
Little notes. A few things are charged for. There is a 100 euro deposit on arrival against breakages, pool towels can be hired and the gym is chargeable per day.
Overall a fabulous stay, our group agreed it was just what we all needed and adults and children had a fantastic time. So much so, we are all looking to book again next year.

My wife and I stayed one week in the Royal Sunset Beach Club in Tenerife. It is situated in the Fanade area of Tenerife only 200 yards from the beach. The reception staff are excellent and are available to help you enjoy your stay in Tenerife. You are right in the heart of Fanabe area. Loads of bars and excellent restaurants shops etc. However this does not mean the accommodations are noisy, far from it.
The RSBC has been a popular place to stay for over 30 years. Recently taken over by Hilton it is a clean, comfortable establishment with very good amenities for people of all ages to visit and stay. It has one large central pool with a separated kids area for safe water play and ample room and depth for more agile swimming to take place. The pool area is supervised, clean and very well maintained. Beach towels are available for a small charge. In the pool area is a large and welcoming bar with restaurant. With meal prices set at a very reasonable price. In this central area are table tennis, kids club and teenagers flop area.
One big advantage for us is that we like a gym to go to. The RSBC has one of the best gym that a hotel or club area that you can get. There is loads of space lots of well maintained equipment and a gym trainer available if you require it. Add to this excellent cooling and good gym towels it’s the best. It also boasts, two excellent squash courts and sauna area.
Rooms are available in one, two bedroom and studio sizes. The one we had was very well presented clean and comfortable, one bed affair. Large enough for us to use the small kitchen to cook meals in on the evening then sit on the veranda to eat and have a relaxing drink. The only thing missing from the kitchen is a milk jug? Not even listed on the equipment list. Tut tut. One failure.
The only down mark was that the televisions in the room did not have BBC tv. It’s a minor miss but one we adjusted to whilst on holiday.
Tenerife in Sept is wonderfully warm, sunny and a bright relaxation spot after seeing through grand kids school summer holidays. You would be seriously missing a gem if you didn’t consider staying at The Royal Sunset Beach Club.

Myself and my husband stayed in a one bedroomed apartment (room 216) at the Royal Sunset Beach Club at the beginning of March for 7 nights. The check in process was very quick and easy and the staff were very pleasant. Although they did take €100 deposit from our credit card but that is returnable upon departure.
The apartments are so well equipped as nearly all the reviews state. There is even a filtered water tap so you don't have to buy bottled water from the supermarket. The beds and pillows are really comfortable so we both slept so well. It was hard to get out of the bed as it was so comfy! We had an apartment over looking the pool bar which got the sun all day. I enjoyed making a pot of coffee every morning and sitting on my balcony reading my book.
The pool area is lovely with plenty of sunbeds. The pool is heated so was very pleasant at the beginning of March. The food from the pool bar is really nice. We ate breakfast there most mornings. Only €6.50 for a full English breakfast. We had lunch a couple of times and the chicken and bacon club toastie was delicious! The drinks at the pool bar are very reasonable, just €3 for a beer!
The whole complete is spotless clean. Our apartment was cleaned 3 times in the week but we got fresh towels every other day. There was a diswasher in our apartment so you don't even have to wash dishes or glasses if you don't want to.
We ate out every night so never ate in the complex restaurant. There seemed to be entertainment every night in the indoor bar but we were out exploring the resort every evening so we didn't avail of the entertainment. Overall we had an extremely positive experience at the Royal Sunset and would definately return.
Thank you to all the staff at this resort.

This hotel was brilliant for what we needed and I was very happy with how clean it was. Plus it was in a perfect location. Right near beach and good restaurants and although it’s a busy area it is not as hectic and nosy as playa de las americas. One warning would be if you struggle walking up hills this is the wrong area of Tenerife for you.
We hired two one bed apartments. We had 202 and 263. Both apartments had good sized balconies and good sized room which were very well equipped with everything we needed. I will post a picture of the sofa bed as this was one of my concerns before we arrived. We had my son who is 16 with us and he would be on the sofa bed for 10 days. The sofa bed was a good double sized bed and he said it was very comfy which was a relief.
Both apartments had good sized balconies, 263 was bigger but didn’t have a very nice view and 202 looked out towards the sea. The pics I’m posting are for room 202 which was ours. Both apartments look over busy streets but all goes quiet by midnight and the rooms are well soundproofed.
The staff on reception were excellent we couldn’t ask for a better service. We had a couple of things that needed repair in the room when we arrived and they sorted it and fixed it within a day. When we needed to book restaurants they did this for us as well.
We had to use the hotels beach towels these are €4 each for your stay which isn’t too bad.
The restaurant is ok. We went down every day for breakfast. The service wasn’t great as they didn’t seem overly happy to be there but they were efficient. We tried to join a quiz one evening but we were completely ignored by the guy running it, I think it may be because we didn’t have little children. We didn’t have dinner there at all but we did have lunch a couple of times it was nice but there are much better restaurants outside.
The pool is brilliant. I did do a aqua class which was fun. The sun beds, like all hotels, get towels laid early by usual inconsiderate people who then don’t use them, but we were very impressed by the life guard who went around putting notices saying “use it or lose it”. If no one came back to the bed within 1/2hr he collected their towels and freed up the beds. This was a brilliant idea which we appreciated.
The entertainment was interesting. We sat through an Elton John tribute where the guy didn’t actually seem to know the words, but I won’t complain as this was one of our funniest evenings.
Also a quick note. I ran most days of the holiday and if you run down to beach and turn right it is really stunning 😊

The most wonderful hotel, perfect location amazing staff and made for the most wonderful family holiday. The staff go above and beyond for anything that is required during your stay!
