Stayed for 1 week great location because it was quiet. Very helpful staff. Good value for money. Large supermarket very close so great for self catering. Great sized room for 2 people just wish it had a double bed (only negative).

Very very basic.in need of total revamp.. pool bar expensive.staff rather unfriendly..situated up a very steep hill.would not recommend..there were stairs everywhere to each room..looked like a warren..not appealing at all..asked for a pool view..we could see a corner of it from the bedroom..had to ask for linen to be changed

We had a 2 week stay at this complex. It was lovely. The apartment was a 1 bed superior and was huge. The balcony also was really big with plenty of room to sit without bumping into your daily smalls wash. There were quite a few steps up and down to our apartment which we had to stop and draw...

Like most people these days I read the reviews with some apprehension. In reality the Neptuno was better than we expected. That was even with a NON-refurbished apartment. We were aware prior to our visit that they were systematically refurbishing all these apartments, and sure enough, we were given one that had not been done yet. It was definitely tired...

As is many times the case, some reviews made me a bit apprehensive. Take no notice. Spotless hotel. We are in apartment 11. Huge clean place, modern bathroom kitchen, comfy beds, balcony with pool and sea view. Great price. We are up a steep hill but for €3:50 into the show bars and shops is easily covered. Main pool is...

The rooms/apartments in this Hotel are quite spacious. The beds are only reasonably comfortable I have had worse. The room we had had no air conditioning although it was mostly 32°C when we were there between the 7th to 14 March we did not find the room unbearably hot but have to admit that I would imagine it would be...

The rooms were fine, the pools were fine. The poolside bar can work out expensive compared to the main areas by the beach but food and drink is ok. We had a sea view room so it was nice, but I would not have enjoyed the non sea view apartments. Ground level apartments I think are a little unsecure as...
