After reading some of the previous reviews we visited with some aprehension. We were however very pleased with our stay. The staff, with one exception, welcoming and very helpful. The resort was kept clean and tidy ,and the facilities were good. The food was basic but perfectly edible. if somewhat repetitive. We stayed all inclusive and think it was very good value for money.

We've just come back from a week all inclusive break at the El Duque Aparthotel, March 2015. Firstly the hotel's internal surroundings were lovely, the pool area/ gardens were very tidy and well kept. Our apartment was large, a little dated but had everything we needed. It was cleaned each day with fresh towels, so not problems at all in...

We stayed a week in a one bedroom appartment which was surprisingly big and enough space for two kids and two adults. Clean and tidy hotel in a charming architectural style. We stayed in the first floor which looked over the pool. Quite small balcony with little sun, but we were out most of the day anyway and did not...

We can't believe that this is only a 3 star aparthotel. We stayed here for one week in a two bedroom apartment and everything was above our expectations. The refrigerator was broken when we arrived, but within half an hour they came with a completely new one. The maintenance regarding the hotel was taking care of all the time, as...

Just come back from a week stay with my boyfriend. Our first time in Tenerife, was looking for a cheap all inclusive relaxing break which we found! Hotel was excellent, exactly what we were looking for! Rooms were huge, we stayed on the first floor of block D, which looked over the shopping centre. Rooms were clean and very well...

A lovely place to stay, great rooms and wow our terrace was huge. The downside no air conditioning, not a massive problem but would have made a difference. Our terrace had table, chairs and sun lounges, catching the sun pretty much all day, GREAT :D Short walk in to the main areas, shops close by, good location. Very well priced,...

I am currently at these apartments and considering moving to another apartment or hotel. I am here with my girlfriend and 9 month old son, rooms are quite dated but I could deal with that as long as they were clean. My girlfriend left a spoon in the sink which she used to feed our son, ten minutes later our...
