This hotel is not suitable for anyone with any problems walking. The room we had in block 6 is only near pool and pool bar which is basically where we ate breakfast and lunch - croissants for breakfast toastie for lunch- because its such a trek to go to main restaurant. There is absolutely nothing near you - 25 euros...

spent a lovely 3 day. Hotel and complex very big. Room and complex very clean. I can imagine just how vibrant the atmosphere would be in the high of summer. did not have time to visit the SPA and hotel shops. Food was good. Allot of the staff did not speak very good English but that was not a problem....

First of all this hotel is NOT near Costa Adeje For example a taxi from the hotel to Fanabe Beach costs €12 each way! There is nowhere really to walk to from the hotel. You can scramble up and down down a gorge to get to Playa Paraiso but there's nothing much there. The hotel itself is clean, the staff...

Stayed in a junior Suite - family of 3 (child of 18 months) Good: Food always to a high standard - including the buffet. Staff in restaurants always helpful and friendly - well geared up to dealing with small children. Occasional difficulty securing a high chair. Easy to book the a la carte restaurants - all sorted within a few...

Although we had a late check in the gentleman was very efficient. The hotel is cleverly laid out on a slope but everything flows from reception down to your accommodation. All the staff are really friendly and helpful, especially the waiters in the restaurants. Beautifully laid out grounds and can also use sister hotel. Large room with balcony although did...

We have been visiting this hotel for the last 10 years and have never been disappointed, as a childless couple to now a family of 5 this hotel caters for all. I will be honest we were concerned after reading the negative reviews over Xmas but once again the Bahia was faultless, we like this hotel as it is out...

This hotel /complex is great value for money if you go for the all inclusive deal. The place uses its space on the side of a hill to great advantage. It is accessible to wheelchair users in spite of its hilly location. The food in the buffet is plentiful, varied and tasty - you would have to be very fussy...

Nothing is too much trouble for the staff of this hotel. Friendly always smiling making the holiday so much more! The quality of food and drinks are exceptionally good and plentiful.. The room was spacious and the bed comfortable. The evening entertainment could have been better, we found the animation teams English hard to understand but hey they have to...

We spent a week in early January in this wide open hotel with multiple buildings and pools. It is quite an open space with paths between trees and shrubs to connect the buildings and pools. Food is great quality and various. Some pools are heated. It is very quiet and relaxing outside the crowed areas. There are no stores or...
