Stayed here for 3 nights whilst visiting family nearby. Upon arrival was informed the restaurant and bar were closed for the week except for breakfast. Breakfast was a lack lustre affair. Crumpets were considered a 'special' which you had to ask for rather than being put out. You can request porridge, which was actually good. The bacon and sausages looked...

We stayed one night here as we attended a function across at the pub. After reading some of the reviews, we didn't have high hopes. They were right about the rooms being dated, ours was and also very dark with dingy orange bedside lights! However, the room was a good size and clean. The bathroom was nice and bright with...

Not good value for money, service was poor, when we spoke to the manager about how disappointed we were he informed us that the sandwiches had been freshly made that morning, unfortunately we did not have ours until 3.15, so far from fresh.

The electric towel rail had an obscure switch location at floor level in the hallway which we didn't discover until the next morning. On...

Good clean hotel, staff always very happy to help and facilities are good. Breakfast is worth a visit and the public over the car park also well worth a visit. I stay once a year in March after the Cheltenham Gold Cup and we never have any issues

I paid £59 for a room including an excellent breakfast. Staff were friendly, the room was clean and quite, the WIFI was free and the full English in the morning was very good. The restaurant food in the evening was a bit basic and the wine list was awful but I can't fault the value for money. I would happily...
