I would have given this hotel 6+ stars easily if we hadn't been taken advantage of by being given the tiniest balcony ever - no more than 1 meter x 2 meters wedged with 2 chairs and a table - and after we had paid extra for a sea view. I do find this an insult. Yes I could have...

Just returned from this hotel and was very pleased with this hotel. Right opposite the beach. Rooms very roomy, with tea & coffee facilities, which was very handy. Food was average, but you could always find something to suit your needs. Staff excellent. If you want a room with hardly no steps involved, you must ask for 'Level 2'. These...

The hotel is located close to the beach and many rooms have good sea views, We had room 1416, This room had a walk in shower, which we requested and It was spotlessly clean and the towels changed daily and bedding every 2 days. It had a sea view and sun from early morning till it went down, not that...

We stayed in this hotel with our 3-year old and 4 months old baby just a few weeks ago. We were surprised that there was no access to our room with the buggy even though we had said that we were coming with a baby. We would either have to carry the buggy up stairs or walk out on the...

A middle size hotel with good service. Rooms are quite spacious with big terraces. Tee/coffe equipment available in each room. The pool is not big, but enough after hot season (in the middle of summer it is probably overcrowded). It is just few minutes from the beach - beach service was for free in November. It is good to visit...

The hotel is very clean and tidy, it is also well maintained. The staff are very professional and the hotel is very well managed. There is a fridge in the room! Which can be very useful. Food is fresh and plentiful, variety was poor and the choices I sometimes found strange, i.e. chicken nuggets and chips at breakfast. I also...

We had a well-equipped room on 2nd floor with view of pool and sea. Good parking for our hire car. We had included for Dinner as well as Breakfast: the extra cost was less than the price of a McDonalds (!) so given the choice of wholesome food this was very reasonable. Room was well equipped with Tea-making and Fridge....

Hello, First of all we want to thank you for writing a positive review on our hotel. We do have a dress code concerning the evening meal in the restaurant but it is not always respected. We hope to welcome you again in the future. Kind regards, Lanzarote Village

As this was our second stay at Lanzarote Village we knew exactly what to expect and were only slightly disappointed. I booked the hotel through Booking.com requesting and paying extra for a room with sea/pool view on the second floor. This was duly acknowledged by the hotel when I e-mailed them and as expected was not guaranteed but they 'would...

For the price, this wasn't a four star experience. Reception staff were generally dismissive and unhelpful, the food was the usual awful buffet fare, entertainment was very mediocre compared to other four star hotels here, and though the beach was right across the road, you have to negotiate a winding concrete labyrinth of stairs and gates to get there. For...

We had a great family holiday (Bed and Breakfast) and i would have no problem recommending this hotel. There was wide choice of food at breakfast and snacks were available most of the day. The staff were helpful and friendly and the communal areas were smart and clean. The cleaning of our room was first class. There is limited entertainment...
