We stayed there one night only. It was clean but pretty old fashioned. The staff was friendly. Unfortunately the where not able to give us two rooms door by door. Even when the rooms between where empty. We reserved the rooms before and the knew that we will arrive with two little kids and most people know that family want...

Campaniles offer a reasonable nights stay but this one was spolit by the aircon not working , so we opened the window to get some air unfortunately a local factory over the road was running machinery which kept my wife awake for most of the night. Good restaurant for what you pay with a selection of French foods.

A simple and unexpensive hotel between Clermont-Ferrand and Saint Etienne, in Auvergne, in a very nice and green area of France. If you have a room at the rear of the hotel, it is very calm and rather comfortable for a good price. Rooms can accomodate up to 3 persons in good conditions for a night or two.

Conveniently located off the motorway. Rooms basic but clean. Restaurant meals rely on ready prepared meals or ingredients included. Think we should stick to the buffet. Great that we can get into room early.

It is quite some time sice my wife and I stayed in a Campanile. We have no concrete complaints but we felt it was not quite up to the standard we would expect. The staff was welcoming and the restaurant service very good (merci Alexandre)The salad and dessert bars were excellent but the main courses were not as good as...

It looks sweet on the photo but in reality it's more like a rundown US motel. It is reasonably clean though, and reasonably-priced, as well as having free parking out front and a "restaurant". I put that in quotes because it serves unabashedly reheated frozen dishes of steady quality in a rustic french repertoire (duck shepherd's pie; salmon crumble, beef...

Like many Campaniles, the decor was very tired and so didn't look very clean, but the bedding was spotless, the heating was easily adjustable and the food in the restaurant was reasonably priced and filling. The waitress was alone and the restaurant was quite busy, but she was very welcoming and dashed around to make sure everyone was served promptly....

If Youn expect three adults to sleep comfortably forget about this hotel. The third bed is a kind of a trolley hidden under one of the regular beds. If You want the third person to sleep comfortably: (1) he/she has to be under 180 cm, (2) there's actually no free sapce in the room. Dirty walls in the bathroom. Wifi...

My parents in law live in Thiers, and my wife and i stay at this hotel every time we visit. It's nothing spectacular but it does the trick. We've never had any problems. The price is good, and the location is very practical (on a main highway, close to the shopping center). We don't use the restaurant much. I've eaten...
