Stayed here in order to have a nice swim before we left France. On arrival we discovered the pool was being renovated and was therefore closed. No apology for this just a curt remark that we should have checked the website carefully. This is difficult when you're travelling. The pool aside, the hotel's location is truly awful, the interior décor...

Dear Mister, Dear Madam, Thank you for this post! The information about our swimming-pool is visible on our website and other website like booking and logis de France. We want to do our best for the customers, that's why we do repair work in our hotel. Regards, Clément

Lensotel is the type of hotel that you need to learn how it works or you are going to complain every day. The cuisine is fine and any course is delicious and prepared with glamour. The meats are the best in the area. The hotel staff is kind but limited. Firstly the majority doesn't make an effort to speak English...

After visiting the Louvre at Lens we were looking for somewhere to stay with a restaurant on site. Looking through the Logis de France catalogue the restaurant had a good rating so we booked unseen. It was hidden away on the corner of a Centre Commerciale and difficult to locate ,even with sat. nav. We chose a superior room which...

In the midst of an unattractive suburbia commercial area, a nice three-star inn with a top-notch gourmet restaurant! Service is good and so is breakfast. But this practice of separating the toilet from the bathroom, and without sink, is inpractical and unhygienic. Confortable beds and nice inside garden and swimming pool, for the rare days when it is warm enough...

We stayed here overnight on our trip to Greece from Wales. From the outside it looks quite an unassuming place but inside it is smart, bright and modern. The staff are very friendly and helpful, the rooms clean, spacious and comfortable and the food in the restaurant superb. We have already decided to return in the autumn for a viiisit...

Stayed for 3 days. Spacious car park and qiiet rooms. Food in the restaurant was outstanding. Rooms were average, wifi worked but was slow at peak times. Hotel staff were extremley helpful. Huge supermarket and mall was close by.

The front of the location looks like a derelict site. The Hotel is behind that and is fine. Good food good beer clean comfortable rooms. Friendly staff in hotel and local bars. Had a great time! I went on the anniversary of the Battle of Loos WW1 With veterans and serving soldiers.

The Lensotel is more like a motel, with most rooms on the ground floor looking out onto the back garden. Its location is a bit bizarre, in a shopping estate sandwiched between Leroy Merlin and 4Murs on one side and Conforama on the other. But apparently the Lenshotel was there first, which explains the huge garden out back. Once you're...

First of all, the restaurant is really good. And from what my business associates tells me it's the best in town. But beware that not all servers speaks English. The area is, as many reviewers are saying, quite unappealing as it is in the middle of a large shopping area. The hotel it self is decent enough with a seemingly...
