We had the most wonderful week at The Koyao Bay Pavilions staying in a family villa with a shared pool. Everything about this place is perfect. 1. The setting and grounds are unbelievable. In a private seculaded beach surrounded by lush green forests. It's how Thailand was 35 years ago before all the tourism. This type of experience is one...

A big group of us stayed for four nights in April and had a great time. The food in the restaurant is exceptional, especially the Thai dishes and James is a wonderful host. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he looked after us brilliantly.

Exceptional situation. Authenticity. Amazing villa. Great service from all the team, lead by James and his great humor. Don't hesitate to rent a kayak to join the island just in front ( use for the French tv show : Koh Lanta) or to rent a boat to see the islands of koh hong or koh phag bia .

I stayed there with friends for New Years this year and had an amazing week at this place. James went out of his way to help us and organize transportation, activities and had great recommendations for restaurants. The pavilion we stayed in was clean and very well kept. The resort is away from the street and so is super quiet....

If you value authenticity, this place will appeal to your senses. Our family stayed three nights in Yilla Yanat and two in Mai Pai Cottage, and we very at home in both places. Everywhere you look are signs of the architect and proprietor’s love affair with materials and construction. You will find none of the cheap timber veneer, fake stonework...

We could not have asked for better service from James. The accommodation, food, service, beach, transfers & wildlife were great. Exploring the island was very interesting and we would love to go back very soon!

We loved our stay at Koyao Bay Pavilions, everything about it was great and we wished we had stayed more than just two nights. It's located in such a beautiful location, perfect to relax and take some time out... but yet still amazingly fast internet. We stayed in the Villa Yanat which was well appointed and had everything we needed...

From the moment we stepped out of the taxi at Koyao Bay Pavilions Hotel, James and his team made us feel like it was all about us. His initial orientation as well as daily chats at breakfast ensured we fully benefited from the Hotel's setting and services, as well as activities and sights off-property. The privacy and peace that our...

JoeCoolest, I really enjoyed our daily chats everyday too... thank you for your kind words! I am very happy to read you had enjoyed yourself here and that you really got a feel of what our resort is about. Even though we have super fast Fiber Optic Wifi free for all our guests to use. That is not really what...

The resort is really wonderful place. No just because of the great desing of our Villa Yanat and whole resort (no one detail was forgotten). We really loved how George together with James respect nature and people around the resort. Cuisine is great, wine is good and expensive, however the cheapest compare to ones we have found in nearby restaurants...

Hello Jana G, I am really happy to read that you have enjoyed your stay with us here and thank you for your kind comments. You are very welcome and I do hope that your husband is recovering well from his small accident. I am glad I could have helped him a little. As you mentioned the nature, the cuisine,...

Everything about our 4 night stay was fabulous. James is such a nice man and will do anything to make your stay comfortable and makes you feel very welcome. Our transfer from Phuket was perfect and we arrived on the beach by the resort (depends on the tides so check). Transfer over to Railay was even better as we combined...
