This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel, and yet again it exceeded expectations. Everything about the place is faultless and the restaurant should be given two Michelin stars! There is also a spa and treatments were around 45 euros per half hour session. We could not recommend this hotel more and will be going back again...

We found this hotel by researching the area and directly liked the little castle hotel. First is to say the hotel is around 20 min driving away from Epernay. There are two routes: one through the vineyards ( a touristic route), which is beautiful and a faster way via country roads. There are also no restaurants, beside the hotel one,...

I booked the Chateau d’Etoges relying on the positives reviews on trip advisor. Unfortunately there are things to add on the negative side as our experience was rather upsetting. I planned to stay 3 nights on 8-10 may 2014 to celebrate the birthday of my husband in a beautiful French chateau with Spa and lots of champagne. It was supposed...

Madame Natalia Dubinina-Feilyursky from Russia , I read your comment carefully and I regret that you have implemented your threats of blackmail after your early departure for personal reasons. I'm always very interested by the feedbacks from our guests: when reviews are positive, it motivates us; when the comments are negative but constructive, it allows us to improve our services...

The Chateau is nice and beautiful. We stayed on 1st May, a public holiday so there were quite a no. of other guests, but we still found privacy and exclusiveness. Allow a full afternoon and whole morning there to enjoy the garden. You can either have a stroll, row a boat, hike/cycle around the wine region or simply have a...

Stunning setting in the centre of a small village amongst vineyards. Pretty, fresh homegrown flowers on display throughout. Sun loungers to enjoy spread throughout the garden. We opted for the cheapest room in the Chateau which was compact but sufficient. Evening drinks on the terrace by the Orangery were lovely by the setting sun, followed by a delicious 4 course...

We stayed at this hotel for three nights just after Easter this year to celebrate our 30th Wedding anniversary - we opted to take the gastronomic meal (8/9 courses) for the 2nd night. When booking the anniversary was mentioned, but arrival there was no inkling that this was the case and in fact throughout our stay I was expecting the...

Fabulous place! You must stay there for at least one night. It is one of the nicest places I have never seen. The rooms are nice but very rustique style so don't expect something very impresive there. What is really impressive is the garden, the Chateau itself and of course the service like in a five star hotel. Prices are...

We stayed in the attic room of this chateau, so I was expecting it to be a bit pokey, but it was really lovely, enough space, beautiful views, and really great service. I'd highly recommend the chateau to anyone in the area.

What a wonderful place! It's as impressive as the pictures show! We thoroughly enjoyed our three nights here, although there were a few little creature comforts missing. The bed sloped inwards so we kept rolling into each other in the night and the lighting in the rooms is very dim. But we loved our view of the moat and the...

My wife and I went with another couple and we were determined to enjoy ourselves on our short break. We picked this Chateau as it looked so impressive on the website. “Upgrade to the superior rooms, it adds so much to the experience. We reserved one of the best rooms in the main Chateau, on the top floor. It takes a few stairs to get there, but it was very spacious, maintaining a historic feel. Breakfast and the main sitting/reading/game rooms just downstairs.”
