Come here for New Year count down with friends, i thought the hotel is renovated? But still look a bit run down to me. We paid RM 500 for the hotel, but is totally nothing inside the hotel, they don't even provide the hair dryer in each hotel, and we need to call to request the hair dryer and deposit...

Room just renovated at tower 1, small flat TV, booked through Agoda.com a room with window but here is no view and window, hair dyer and safe box provided but no wifi, it's only at lobby. Cigarette smell in room, no sound proof you can hear the conversation from next door.

The hotel check in and check out procedures are easy and convenient with the machines available in the lobby area. Indoor activities mostly for kids , multiple eateries, shopping options are great. Cable car is a must try which gives an opportunity to see and capture the beauty of the surroundings of the hills. Snow world is an additional adventure...

We stayed in a unit at the new Tower 3. Clean and comfy room. Better design with spacious lobby. Abit distance from main lobby and to casino but not an issue with the cool weather. Food easily accessible.

I booked this hotel as its signature hotel in Genting but I was really disappointed. First there checkin procedure took almost an hour for me that too during weekdays and also there parking lift and nearby area stinks like hell. Once you come to lobby you will feel relieved. They have beautiful theme park and casino was also ok but...

The hotel is a no-frill (typical AirAsia type). You check-in via a machine with your NRIC or passport. Take your options on the screen. Get your room key card or key cards. Any additional request like early check in, mountain view will incur additional charge of RM5 for each. Reasonable though... What I must compliment the management is the concept...

Stayed at tower 3, Y5 room. The room came with free wifi. Paid 5RM for a room near the lift. The room was of a reasonable size, and came with a queen size bed. There's a safe, mini bar, kettle, cups, tea bag & coffee powder as well as 3 in 1 soap and shower cap. Well the bed was...
