The hotel was very good. No AC, this place does not require one. Hot water available. Th beds were good. Try to get a room which has a mountain view. They charge some 10 RM extra for early check in. Check in & checkout was hassle free as they had automated machines. The hotel is also in the heart of...

I booked two connecting rooms with family. One with queen size bed and one with twin beds. The beds are very comfy, the bathroom is clean, the room is already cold with a fan. The check-in and check-out process with the kiosk are very easy with your IC or passport. The hotel floor has a ironing room and a water...

As soon as you enter the hotel, you see a big waiting lobby. The rooms are not so big. But the stay was ok. Service is good. The staff is good. The weather was cold. The hotel seems good with modern design but the room was not so up to the mark.

Cheapest price that I have ever paid for hotel in Malaysia, mostly because I was on the trip during weekdays. The room was just enough for a nice resting with bed and limited furniture, separated tiny bathroom with shower head and toilet. The sink was even outside in the lobby area of the room, right where you open the door....

If you are in Genting & need a cost effective stay, then this is a good choice.. As it says, this is the world's largest hotel when it comes to number of rooms.. Lots of automated check-in/ check out counters (human assisted check-in only for automated check-in attempts which are failed).. number of lifts that serves different buildings/levels/sections.. Stayed in...

Booked via agoda.com with very good deal. Requested queen bed with mountain view. But when checked-in we have to pay extra for mountain view. I would recommend to go to self-check as guest need to pay extra RM 15 (if im not mistaken) for check in at the counter/receptionist. There is no wifi in the room, the only area with...
