Been there for celebration, the new tower's room not bad but a bit compact, I like club room with tea area. Check in very fast with someone helping at the kiosk. Like the weather but hope for much more discounts!

I give it a two rating purely for its location and accessibility to the theme park which was very convenient for my kid. Everything other than that was inconvenient about this hotel. While they try and do everything without human intervention - their infrastructure doesn't support their endeavour. At least in my case it didn't. The kiosk helped me with...

Expect Big groups of tourists from all across the world. Check in at 3pm, Check out at 11am. For Agoda / Booking.com reservations - please note you have to check in via the self help counter. Needed to check in at the counter as the kiosk could not detect the passport. Queued for 20 minutes at the check in counter,...

Rooms are very small with limited amenities for a standard room. No fridge or kettles and a soap dispenser in the shower area. A water jug is provided for free hot/cold water that is available from areas in the hallways.. Vending machines sell tea/coffee packs and you may check in prior to 3pm for a 5 rmb charge. The rooms...

Hotel's proximity is flooded with eateries making it easily accessible. Room is average but considering the price. .. it's a great deal. Problem: no signage for the free shuttle service to mushroom farm. You have to ask around. Even e buses are not labeled you won't be able to tell which is which.

Room was lousy, dirty and very small. Not worth at all if you go here cause most of the places is still under renovation. Full of dust and very boring. Unless if you wish to go shopping or enjoy the weather then it might be okay. But if you go to enjoy with the family, this is not the correct...

One of the biggest property I have ever been to.It was very adventurous. The first world plaza which has a big indoor park, shopping centre, restaurants, out door fun rides. The rooms were small, Hotel check-in took 1hour with counter like a bank. Funny experience of people selling ice creams etc etc in hotel lobby.
