almost all Malaysian stay in 1st world hotel before, cheap, massive room number, always construction building more hotel , check in is slow, check out is fast, if u got genting reward card u mind get free room occasionally

This place is good only if you want to spend 20 hours in the casino. The rooms are too really tiny for the price, with absolutely nothing in the room. Kind of a bare minimum to sleep and wash. The reception is like a railway station, with huge traffic coming in and out.

back to this genting highland resort , at first world T3. this latest trip here was not so good on the hotel but good on food .... food we tried the burger lobster and motorino pizza ... both were good . the staff were professional. at the lobster, Q were extremely long on the two days we were there.... only...

Check in process was not really smooth, we have to queue in long line. Someone told us to do check in process using machine but it was not working then we have to queue from the end of the line!!! But we have good room, without air conditioner but quiet cold inside. No need deposit when check in, no free...

It claims that it was the largest hotel in 2015 with more than 7300 rooms. All this on top of a mountain in 2000m altitude. Together with a couple more hotels, shopping centres, casinos and restaurants in a totally artificial environment in the middle of once beautiful nature. The rooms are really really cheap, so this sets the expectations. The...

Just going back from there. Not really happy with this time. The First World Plaza were closed for renovation. (not sure until when..) Even though, Sky Avenue Plaza were open but it still not totally full tenant. Limited variety for "Halal" Food. For the room i stay, it comfortable.

This hotel is certified by the guinness book of world records for being the largest hotel. It has around 7300 rooms! It provides basic amenities at a budget price. Wifi is at an additional cost. 15 Myr for a day's usage on one device!

hotel with thousand rooms for big group of tourist. Check in counter such as airport. room size is large but old furniture. So much food for breakfast. Of course with reasonable price. If you are FIT travelers, there are some more higher option in Genting
