we rented out a campervan last year to do some touring with our 3 year old. This place was brilliant, safe, loads of stuff to do, there's small lakes, rivers, a few different parks, movie nights. And very family oriented. Will definitely go back .

Excellent trip. We went in November as we'd left booking it pretty late. Despite this, the whole experience was superb. We planned our time when it was dusk. Mrs Claus was excellent and the elves were great too. This is the best Christmas Santa experience I've experienced in the last 5 years, despite going to Lapland December 2016. Santa gave...

Went to hidden valley for Santa visit and it was all very good. Place little up with lots of Christmas lights, magical at night time Starts with train ride through grounds and then onto a boat ride around lake.A visit to the elves with some decorations to make and a bit of dancing. We decided to visit Santa at the Christmas Island and we weren't disappointed. Even on the way down we passed a couple of houses lit up like the ISS. We got there about 7pm for a scheduled 8pm visit. We had a snack in the cafe and then went into the movie room. Lots of bean bags and Elf on...

Facilities are of a very good standard and the staff are helpful and polite. Plenty for the kids to do from a cinema club, pedal boats, playground, walking in the woods, swimming in the river and so on and so on. The activities come at a price meaning that it all adds up very quickly. The village of Rathdrum is...

The campsites itself is great and has loads of things for the kids to do . We stayed in our caravan , we pitched up right down the end where the "residents" area is during the summer.... This backs right onto the cabins the site rents out.... Security are around till 11 then there's none . The bank holiday Sunday...

This campsite is one of the best I have stayed on. They have everything onsite for the kids. Staff are lovely. Most activities are extra 2-3 tokens per activity which are available from reception at €2 each so you don't see it adding up! However the kids had a great time between paddle boats to crazy golf to the cinema...

We went on our first campervan trip to celebrate our 6 year old daughter who suffers from Autism's birthday. It was her dream to go in a camper Van, so we hired one and went to hidden valley for her birthday present. We were promised it's a family resort and it is quite after 11pm, there were drunk people significant,...

Location is the main benefit of this campsite. The setting along the river is just beautiful. A great place for both couples and families. One of the best campsites I have visited. Very convenient from Dublin, which makes it a great place to get away to one a summer weekend.

Went here with a family of 5 kids & 2 adults just as day visitors. Kids ranged from 6 to 13 and all enjoyed it. Food prices not bad & did work out a little expensive to go on everything but would go back again.
