We stayed the night on our visit to the Carrara Marble caves/quarry The hotel was very reasonable with price so I was a little apprehensive on the quality. But pleasantly surprised. Clean close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. - there is a great Thai place within walking distance. TV and wifi had great connections parking was on the property. Well worth the price. Breakfast /cappuccino was with and again I was very pleased with the selection and quality. Will stay again if in the area for sure

The hotel is a block away from the beach, which we could see from our balcony. The rooms are clean and modern with free wi fi, and the hotel is reasonably priced, though not lavish. The staff was friendly and helpful. It is a short walk from here to good restaurants and a nice, sandy beach, though a further distance to downtown Carrara. The breakfast is very good, in a nice, airy facility with very helpful employees. We would stay here again. Again, the Tenda Rossa is clean, modern, well located for the beach, and reasonably priced.

We were in the area to visit the Carrara marble quarries and wanted a hotel with modern and comfortable rooms and bathrooms. Based on our needs we searched on the Internet and also on booking and chose this hotel. It met all our expectations. The rooms are truly perfect, modern and comfortable. In particular, room number 204 which is in the corner and also allows you to have a bathroom with a window, something that room 205 does not have, for example. Without words. An embarrassing administrative confusion: In two companies co-exhibiting at the Tirreno CT fair in Carrara, we had booked 2 rooms for each company in autumn 2023 (therefore 4 in total), with the relative payment of a deposit for confirmation by each company. Upon arrival for check-in they told us that since one of the deposits was missing, only 2 rooms had been reserved instead of 4 and there was no more room. We were forced to look for another accommodation in a hurry, which was very difficult during the trade fair events in the area. The approach at the reception immediately appeared very approximate and of very little competence both of the staff at the counter and of the owner contacted by telephone. The mix-up caused considerable damage, especially because we were not on a relaxing holiday but there to work. The deposits had both been paid correctly.
