Spent 2 nights in an upgraded lake side room. Really enjoyed the laid back atmosphere and the lovely food. Not the biggest place but we will return. The spa was peaceful and we had a relaxing massage. Some nice easy walks right on the door...More

The setting of the hotel is so peaceful and serene. When we went, the outdoor hottub was closed which was a shame. The wet facilities could probably do with some updating. Rooms were clean and decent. Definitely worth thr money.More

Overall this is a most peaceful,tranquil location.Staff seem optimistic and are helpful.Food was good.Selected a room in the main building but another time would try the lodges/cabins in the grounds.On the fight path for Leeds/Bradford Airport ... but seemed infrequent.More

Everything is on one level apart from a few rooms which are upstairs Unsure about walk in showers and grab rails contact the hotel the Manager Marc is very helpful Hope you enjoy your stay if you get booked

I agree it is a bit confusing. The woodland rooms are just that, they are all set amongst the trees in the grounds of the hotel. One tip if you are going at this time of the year is to take a change of shoes for when you go... More
