All restaurants aren’t open on each day. Food choices are minimal so if you’re a foodie this is not the place for you. Customer service is ok. Needed music by the poolbar and bartenders were barely by the pool.

Upon entering my room the bathroom was dirty and bed aheet had stains and painy in the furniture .. liquor was TERRIBLE.. food was just ok beach was nice and clean was very relaxing. Entertainment was ok and little boring Music was good

We loved our stay at the iberostar suites. The resort is well maintained with a nice beach. The room is spacious and super clean. The staff and especially the activities ones are very welcoming and friendly, they do their best to remember every guest’s name and provide a cool ambience. Dinning options are great and buffet selections were excellent. They made a great job keeping tables clean and maintaining social distance between guests. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 was the constant presence of vendors in kayaks along the beach who offered souvenirs, weed, or sometimes just asking for money!! It’s true that they were not aggressive and the hotel has no control over that since they are in the water, but it was annoying at times and made it hard to just have a relaxing swim without being called or interrupted by someone. …

Stayed here just last weekend with two friends. Pierre Shaunavon at checking was great, the Eteam was fun to hang out with at karaoke and by the pool. Food and drinks were great as usual. I can hardly wait for my next trip.
