We've made our reservation as 3 people for 1 room. So we had to have an extra bed in room. We could not take extra bed although it had ben 10pm. And other 6 family were suffering same problem. We couldn't understand how a hotel cannot have extra bed for made reservations

OK so,

Lets get to the negative, there are so many russian whom walk around like they own the place there. I was at the pool bar ordering a drink and me being a polite person always say please and thank you. The russian next to me said "You don't need to talk to him like that" confused I asked what he meant "You already paid for everything, you don't need to be so nice"

Oh... My... God!!!

They have no concept of what a Queue is and they are just rude, flat out offensive to the staff.

However, that's the worst part. The hotel was clean and more than adequate, you're not going there to spend all the time in the room. The beach is very very near to the hotel (it is seafront) and the animation team were GREAT. I really enjoyed the pool games like darts and the rifle shooting. The beach is clean although not what you would class as sand.

Drinks are freeflowing and they give you a nice amount of spirits, although the beer isn't great. It tastes nicer down the road when you pay for it.

Food was ample and suitable, I loved the barbeque fish but the chicken not so much. Lots of salad as welll and the breakfasts are nice.

Spent two weeks there, it was really enjoyable and the excursions are great. They have lots of themed nights which were really nice.

We went in May, it was the first week of the season so there weren't many people, the following week was when the Russians arrived. Still good but it was busy.

I specified a garden room with a balcony, however make sure you're not near the lifts.

Cheers

Alex

My 17-year old son and me stayed in this hotel in July 2014 for 2 weeks. For family reasons we didn't have time to prepare our trip or study the hotels and just bought what the travel agent recommended us. We usually prefer to spend a holiday in 4 stars hotels intended for quiet sea relaxation with green territory and not very big ones. From our previous experience I knew that in Turkey you should be careful with 5 stars hotels, as they are very different, and after looking at the pictures I understood that it was in fact not more 4 stars. But it turned out to be much worse. The hotel used to be 4 stars maybe 10 years ago, but now the rooms, the furniture, the bathroom equipment is shabby and definitely require the renovation. The hotel is not properly cleaned, a lot of staff members don't speak foreign languages and are not very friendly. The animation seems to be good (a lot of cheerful youngsters going around all the time and some events taking place ). The service in the restaurants is poor, you have to queue for meat, and no one changes tablecloths or bring you clean forks. If you are a heavy eater or want to drink all the holiday they serve meals till 1 o'clock and strong drinks are included. But if you want a good holiday in normal quiet 4 star hotel, you will be greatly disappointed.

Where do I start? We were aware from reviews here that the resort was dominantly Russian/German however we were seriously taken aback at how extreme it really was. We felt discriminated against and made to feel very unwelcome from the beginning and I am complaining and demanding compensation.

- This holiday was sold to us as a 5* resort with excellent facilities and service. Do not believe this. It was very clear from the beginning that little to no English was spoken. It is extremely difficult to communicate to anyone and complaining is the only way to get anywhere and this turns out to be very stressful.

- Staff, especially the bartenders are very rude, make you feel uncomfortable and openly mock you to other bar staff in front of you (in their own language of course!). Drink consistency is non existent and we were served with various non descript cocktails which tasted like aftershave. We were refused a particular drink on two separate occasions when it was very clear Russians and Germans were allowed to help themselves. We complained to management and, surprise surprise, we were entitled to it. My fiance also heard an insult directed at him from one of the bar staff. The hotel's policy claims it focuses very much on guest satisfaction. Totally untrue. Also, the shop keeper on site was not polite when we requested a refund on a faulty snorkeling kit we had bought.

- Food is unlike anything I've ever witnessed before. Unless you like eating dinner for breakfast, stick to the outdoor grill which serves fried eggs and pancakes. It is impossible to get tea or coffee or even certain items of food due to rude Russians/Germans. Staff will not help you so just get used to be treated unfairly. I guess everything depends on personal taste but for an all inclusive, the food was pretty low. Also, stray cats are allowed to roam in the dining room and annoy guests for food. Waiting staff do nothing to prevent or deal with this.

- General upkeep of the hotel and its facilities is very poor. All pools were freezing so go down to the beach (if you can find a spare lounger, the others put towels on them from 7am) which is the best feature of the location (and is natural so owes nothing to the resort itself - shocker). The indoor pool indicated 25 but was also freezing. On our first night, we noticed a trail of blood on steps and floor tiles in the downstairs area and this was never cleaned during our stay. There was also blood on the net curtains in our room and all towels provided (both bath and beach) were stained with questionable marks. The bath leaked, A/C did not work properly and was very noisy, the fridge did not chill our drinks and does not include alcoholic beverages, plug sockets did not work.

- Entertainment is in Russian/German so we did not participate and spent most of our evenings in our room watching TV with drinks we had bought outside of the resort. Hoovering in corridors begins at 8.30am so do not expect any lie ins.

There were some positives but as the whole picture was so bad, we were really digging to pick up on the smallest details (unlimited bottled mineral water). All in all, do not go here unless you have the lowest standards ever.

We were on 2014.10.12 (october 12)

We had not problems with conditioner, because nights wasnt warm - but conditioning system is really not working.

When we came into hotel (we were 2 families - 6 people), we gave tips (20 dollars) for reception boy, so he sugessted us to take better rooms, than we were booked. And we were very satisfied - we paid 120 dollars more, but rooms was much bigger - it was really important, because we traveled with childrens.

Rooms was really clean, especially I liked bathroom:) Towels were changed every day, beds were made nice. We leaved 1 dollar or 1 euras every day for tips. Bed linen was changed when contaminated or torn.

The hotel upgraded a long time ago - so surely you can see that repairs are needed. But we are very funny people:) We go for holiday - not to search bad things on the trip:)

Water bottles is free on hotel.

Personal is friendly. They very like children:)

Miniclub was SUPER - our doughter cant stop talk about that:)Songs for children every night was the same, but the kids happy he learned them and their results - that they have learned. There were also children's talent show every night - the children received diplomas. We were the only lithuanians  in the hotel_, and animators chapters really focus on our daughter. There was face-painting for children every day.

Animators for adults was also cool. They have sooo many games. We often played these games, sometimes win some prizes;) I was really satisfayed and surpriced. Night show - were really funny - we so laughted:D Disco liked sometimes, because music liked me not every night:) Animators fire the scrap in the evenings, so it used to be cozy warm up,because often were cold in the evenings. One night we had live concert - it was very cool:)

Food. It was not super - but had what to eat every day. I was happy, because I had not so many oportunities to eat too much:D I liked salad table very much - I ate them every evening:)
Also chicken wing - so tasty:)
Alacarte - It was not good. There are three restaurans: italian, fish and turkey. But I sugest you to go in one - fish, because others we didnt like - main restaurant food was better.
Drinks - we drank beer, wine and cocktails - we were satisfied. One night we try vodka - also good.

The sea was warm and wavy - so liked. Rocky beach, so it's really needed water shoes. Sun beds on the beach and pool for free, towels for free.

Tourist: many russian, belarus, some ukranian and germany. Russian was nor pilite people - really:D

In conclusion:Hotel rates in line with the price we paid (423 eu per person). For such a low price really feel well rested.

To be fair.
Pluses:
- Location, right on the beach, a lot of stores nearby, beautiful mountains, close to Kemer
- Animation team, good job guys, always active and fun
- Cleanliness, rooms are always clean, outside as well
- Turkish sauna, n the territory, very nice and relaxing place, worth going

Minuses:
- Restaurant, is the 1st and main, ABSOLUTELY the same food everyday, lunch and dinner, of very poor quality and plus almost always cold.
- Politeness of the restaurant staff
- Unorganized work of the restaurant manager, it was raining a couple days in the evening and because a lot of the tables are mainly outside you wont be able to sit there. So you come to eat, collect all the food and then there is no place to sit and you just walking around for about 20-30 min looking when someone gets up. It is the work of the manager to organize that and maybe to allow in some amount of people at a time when you know the amount of tables that you have.
- Beds, were absolutely uncomfortable and instead of one king bed for a couple, they just put together two beds
- Rooms, old furniture, we had the room with a view of a neighbor hotel on a reconstruction, personally I didn't care I came to rest outside not to sit in the rooms but also there was this construction noise all the time and I know some people care about that.
- Inattentive front of the hotel, when we arrived our safe was already locked so I was asking them everyday for about 5 days to fix and open it. They send me two people, one didn't speak English or Russian, only Turkish and he couldn't do anything, the other one tried to open it with a key and it didn't work out so they just forgot about that. Be careful I saw there was lots of reviews about stealing stuff from the rooms.
- Disco, don't even go there even for 5 minutes you will completely lose you time until you r really drunk. The music is out of 70s or even earlier but is mixed with the modern one. The DJ doesn't know his job at all. Gave me a huge headache. It would of been better if they just turn on the radio.

And one more thing, its for you to judge if its a minus or a plus, the main language is Russian. None of the bar or restaurant crew are speaking any English. So my total is 2 out of 5.

Maybe the HOTEL is a little bit old , and the rooms are not so clean , but did you go there to spend your day in the room or at the pool and the beach ? The pool is big and clean , the beach is amazing and for me the best part was the animation team. I can say that this was one of the best animation team I ever had at a HOTEL. The show was new and different every night , there was themed party , after the show games , pool games , boccia , darts , voleyball ,etc. they just make your holiday better.
Thanks to the animation team my holiday wasn't boring. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0W1k1X1HTRI
Also the food was good , the weather amazing , the hotel was clean , free wi-fi in the lobby , and the staff was friendly.
If I will return next year I hope that i will find the same animation team because I miss all and the good time I had .
