Old, dirty, rooms never cleaned up in 10 days (unknokn animals and bugs in the room) no A/c. Dinner and breakfast are always the same stuff and you have to rush to find something, before it runs out (dinner closes at 9!!!)

I was on a group cycling holiday so this was one of many hotels and the worst. It's a sprawling site of blocks of rooms. Our block was 100's of steps and network of paths from reception and breakfast building.
Rooms very dated and our...More
We arrived on a bus from the Stari Grad Ferry port and it drops off in the town not near the hotel, so there is a 20 minute walk if this is how you are getting there.
Overall, the reception staff were extremely rude. We...More

Husband and I have just returned from a week stay at this "hotel". It was horrendous as you will see from my pictures which is a shame as it is in prime location for the beautiful town of Jelsa, Hvar. I hate writing bad reviews...More

Hello ... probably it is possible to arrange a transfer to Hvar. Now it's a little out of the season. Distance to Hvar is 35 km and about 45 minutes drive. Taxi is in Jelsa, which is close to the hotel but for the price I'm not sure. Be careful because you can easily cheat. I would give a max of 30 euros for the way to Hvar. You also have a bus and you can also go to Hvar and later use the taxi to return. The night life has not yet started on Hvar 100% but you can always find a good entertainment (carpe diem cafe bar is designed to take the tourists money at great prices) try better than the main square go to the right there are a couple of local bars with great prices and better entertainment. .. if you go by boat across to the island where the disco is ... count on paying the entrance there and the prices are even higher. But I think there is no fun at this time. Only from 01.07 - 15.08. Is good there. I hope I helped ... a good time to see Hvar.
